Christophers Glen Echo Hardware is a local True Value store known for its amazing and top-notch customer service. The staff is consistently described as friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, engaging, knowledgeable, professional, kind, and extremely willing to help. They treat customers with respect and go the extra mile, providing excellent personal service to find solutions and alternatives. The store is well-organized and, while smaller than big retailers, carries the majority of items needed for DIY projects. The onsite parking is noted as very easy, though prices are higher than at large corporate hardware stores.
