“Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with good service and good prices, and no pressure towards services you don't need. When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”

“My brake lights went out unexpectedly, and I called to see if they could fix. They told me to come by and they took me in immediately—no waiting. They replaced the bulbs, check all other bulbs, and had me in and out in under 15 minutes. There was no up selling, which often happens to females. They provide professional, efficient, and courteous service. This is the best place in North Bethesda/Rockville to get your car serviced. Even if you don’t work or live in the area, you should use their service for your automotive needs. I highly recommend this place!”
“I brought my 2002 Toyota Tundra 4x4 in for an oil change, state inspection and an overall assessment. Having just moved to MD, Gary took me through the nuances of the inspection process, and communicated his assessment quickly and effectively.
When I dropped off the truck, I made it clear that I was open to whatever work was required on the vehicle—a risky proposition given my experience at other shops, but I wanted to get everything buttoned up in one go.
Gary and I discussed adding two services, an alignment and a door handle replacement (I figured I needed these) and that was it. Nothing more. No upselling, no scare tactics, just honest, great work, at a very fair price.
I also have a 2021 BMW going out of warranty this year. I’ll be taking it, along with the truck, to Allbrand for all maintenance and repairs going forward.”

Came across Action Al’s, I called and Dave picked up, and me being so clueless, I had no idea about the sizing of my tires and he was so patient with me over the phone and once he gave me the quote, I was sold. “Awesome group of mechanics and managers. Did not have to wait long for a tire change and oil change. All within a half hour and I didn’t get a chance to finish a game of Call of Duty mobile ? before I was called up to get my keys and paperwork. The team was very professional, reliable, and expedient, working together and showing a sense of urgency. This was my second time coming to this Goodyear, and they put a smile on my face every time I came through the door. I will most definitely return to this location because of the great service that I’ve received.”
“Amazing amazing place! Comes highly recommended from folks around NoVa (also Falls Church award program best auto repair shop 2022, 2023, 2025). It’s a family-run business + extra hands on deck. Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my car’s a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes — they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Service’s quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issues”

He’s a friendly, honest and a good service advisor, hard to find nowadays. The facility is neat and clean, and there’s WiFi in the waiting room, coffee.
