I was initially upset because the account number printed on my personal checks were wrong. I wrote a few checks before realizing that. I had to track down all of them (huge hassle and money loss for returned checks). This feels like a mistake a bank should not make. Then I am impressed with how easy to get helped by this branch compared with other larger banks. The customer service impressed me at this branch.

In spite of COVID -19, Only way to do any kind of transaction is thru drive thru. I have been going thru the drive thru almost every working day and I appreciate and thank Mr Edward Shramek the Assistant Manager for his outstanding customer satisfaction. He goes above and beyond to satisfy .

Recently moved to the area for a new job. I had to have an I-9 form filled out for employment verification. They made me wait 20 minutes for someone who could take of it. The young lady who helped me was arrogant and refused to complete the form claiming she isn't allowed to fill it out or input any information at all. Since I've had to do this a few times I knew how it should be done but she was so stubborn she refused to listen. I went across the street to Bank of America and they filled it out no problem. I know it sounds dramatic but I was so dissatisfied that I promptly switched banks.

I'd give it no stars if I could. My friend Matin Dunlap, who is black and lives in Baltimore, was denied service because the teller told him it was suspicious that he was coming to that upscale branch instead of one in Baltimore where he lived. Matin works near the branch located at 8101 Wisconsin Avenue. It's all on video on social media, plain as day. Outright racism in action. I won't be banking at TD Bank, at that branch or any other. It's time for some company-wide bias training and the teller and manager Matin encountered that day need to be fired.

I was in here to open an account. The review that says everyone that works here but the branch manager is great, I agree. She was rushing as stated. She was very disregarding to her employees. It made me feel so bad for the employee. The employee said that I looked overwhelmed and that was refreshingly honest. It was too hectic with the branch manager though I know they are trying to get you good service. I told the employee I was overwhelmed, but at least I get to leave this woman has to put with someone who blatantly disregarded her while she was providing very good service and I wish the other woman had just been more patient with her employee. I felt like I could relate. Just a lousy experience because of this dynamic where the employee who was being receiving pushy treatment looked like she was just going to provide the best service she knew how while her overwhelmed customer was trying to keep up with the branch manager. End of story. Julia needs to be more flexible to train her employees with regard to their understanding instead of jumping down their throats because they were doing just fine until she showed up.
