Whoever drives the delivery van drives like an absolutely unhinged maniac. Not a great representation of your business if you ask me.

This is one of the best dry cleaning and laundry services I have ever used. The premises are spotless and I love Tanasha's sassy attitude. The shirt-folding service is perfect for business trips and they have an on-site tailor for alterations. Highly recommended.

Super easy and convenient delivery service! Plus, an airline damaged clothing in a bag of ours and needed a letter from a cleaners saying it was unrepairable if I wanted reimbursement - Jamie was prompt and professional in getting this done for me!

As someone who has worked at a dry cleaners for many years in the past, go elsewhere. Inaccurate pricing, and being overcharged for a zipper replacement, as someone else in the reviews has mentioned, is something I have experienced as well. They overcharge not because they do a good job but because they think people can afford it. It seems they bank on the idea of convenience as opposed to offering transparency in pricing and more importantly level of service. This is a place to avoid.

Despite prices listed on a card at counter I was charged considerably more for a zipper and button replacement. Despite showing clerk the listed price, she said price went up and changed price on the card! Would not budge.

I love this cleaners. Very friendly people, they do good work, work fast, and as far as I’m concerned, their prices are great.

This place is gone completely downhill. We've used them for years for drop off and pick up. The woman at the front is unbelievably rude and unhelpful. They now tell me they cannot do rush jobs ever even if we drop it off and want to pick up the same day. They give you back your clothes in a completely haphazard manner, men's pants in with ladies suit jackets, nothing organized by gender or type of clothes. Expensive. And Just poor service.

Super Cleaners does not lists prices for good reason. I was charged over 40 dollars for a single 2 piece suit and a sports jacket. All items were returned to me visibly soiled with lint and unrecognizable hair fibers. For those curious on price I was charged 14.59 per jacket and 8.69 per pant, plus an environmental fee. Paying over 20 dollars to have a suit dry cleaned only for it to be returned soiled is not acceptable.

I had an extremely negative experience with Super Cleaners on January 8. I dropped off several sweaters and three pairs of pants earlier in the week to be cleaned. When I picked up the order today, the sweaters looked fine but the pants had shrunken considerably, at least two sizes. These were pants that I had worn within the last few weeks and fit perfectly prior to the cleaning. These pants were all purchased within the last year. I called the store to inform them about what had occurred and the woman who I spoke with (who said she was the manager) told me to bring pants back to the store. I brought them back and after looking at them for a few seconds she said that there was nothing that could be done and that she would not reimburse me for the cost of my three pairs of ruined pants. She said she couldn't even provide me with a refund for the order, which was significantly less than I paid for the pants originally. I originally went to super cleaners because of positive reviews that were posted on my neighborhood listerv, so I was shocked by the poor quality of the cleaning and the lack of concern over my ruined clothes.

I have been using their services for years. The prices on the alterations have increasingly become so expensive. I have to go someplace less expensive.

I have only good experiences here. I think highly of their skills in the dry cleaning area.

I didn't have any lost clothing items until recently. When I picked up some of my long sleeved casual business shirts the last couple times, they lost 2 shirts and 2 other shirts that they returned actually had tiny burned holes. I don't recall if they charged me for my shirts that they burned and lost. My suspicion is that they realized they damaged my shirt and tossed it without acknowledging it.10/24/19: These are the two shirts returned that the place destroyed. See pictures for yourself if Google approves the posting. The dry cleaner may have paid Google to disallow posting of true pictures. Who knows?!

I had two Army uniforms that only needed to be pressed. Drop off was very simple and quick. Three days and $40 later... I had my uniforms back. Highway robbery... Taking candy from a baby... Pulling the chair from under me when I’m not looking. I should stop being lazy and do it myself.

No price list on their website!? Called and spoke to employee, she says it's there and it's clearly not. Later she says it's not there, instead you have to download their App and sign up before you can even decide if you want to do business with them. No thanks.

The hours on the website and google are inconsistent and the staff member was rude and inhospitable.
