Sullivan and Company are a group of very trustworthy accounting and tax professionals. Paul Sullivan gives very good advice on not only taxes but also on payroll and employee benefits. I especially enjoy working with Rahul Kedia with whom I have now formed a rapport and who carefully and very patiently walks me through the steps each tax season. I felt this was crucial during pandemic years when every small business received government assistance for retaining its workers. Thank you for taking care of our company's tax and accounting needs through the years, Sullivan and Company!

Awful unethical firm. Don’t go, just don’t. They messed up and tried to charge me to fix it. (Yes, I was a client and I’ll remember my whole life, it took years to recover their failure)

Paul has assembled a superb team of knowledgeable professionals with dedication, ethics, integrity and honesty. When we moved from small town Indiana few years back, we were worried about finding an accountant who was capable, compassionate, competent and caring. Fortunately we chose Paul and his responsive team to do our complicated returns; personal, and two corporations! The transition was smooth despite the usual challenges from IRS and state regulators. I really liked Raj when I interviewed him to see if he would be a good fit to complete my taxes. However, the quote I received from the firm was about 3x the cost of other reputable places. In an effort to understand the "fixed fee," I did reach out to the owner to inquire how that breaks down at a high level and they were not able to provide that to me or explain why my numbers were higher than typical. I actually didn't even get a response to one of my emails. I did not end up working with them due to the lack of transparency.

A few years ago, I consulted with Sullivan about my small businesses and I was curious what their rate would be along with their customer service level. As an owner of multiple businesses I need extra explanations for topics that I am not familiar with so that I can make business decisions. Sullivan on day one said that I was welcome to come in on site to ask questions and I would have any questions answered thoroughly. I have visited the company multiple times over the years and also handled the majority of my questions through email and phone calls. They have gone to bat issues and resolved problems. If you have questions you get a thorough response not an instant answer which makes me feel more satisfied that I’m getting someone that actually cares to think about the question. I have researched other accountants in the area as far as Baltimore down to Virginia and these guys are top-notch providing a personalized service. The owner of the company Paul even contacts me to check in and asks me some follow-up questions the senior accountant Radka also emails or calls me with questions or answers with my questions, I like the visibility here with this company and I recommend them to anyone who has a small business.

There are not enough superlatives to describe my trust in and admiration for Rahul Kedia at Sullivan & Co. I’m not sure how long Rahul has helped me with my accounts and taxes (I’m sure it has been more than 5 years) but I can always count on him for sound advice and accuracy. His questions during tax season may sometimes be irritating but only because they challenge me to think and research; in the end I appreciate his asking them. Need more stars!!!,
I was in a jam, I needed 1099's asap because the the national chain payroll company I use lost the information a sent them. the 1099s never went out and tax filing date is approaching.The national chain told me 6 weeks to get them
I contacted Paul at Sullivan and Associates one of his team got right on it and filed the needed paperwork with the IRS and had them in my hands in 36 hours! thank you
