Very poor service, I really didn’t appreciate Emily being on the phone while I was being waited on. She kept confusing me on who she was talking to and I understand some phone call are important but she was trying to confirm with her friend weather she should buy a concert ticket and then she asked her friend to invite Leydi who ever that is and I’m pretty sure she called me crazy.

Marie is amazing. She is such a smart and helpful young lady. I mean, talk about customer service. She was so knowlegable and so quick. Thank you Marie. You should be the president of the company.

As I can read from other reviews it seems to be the PEOPLE that make this store. Between the manager Alex (helped with my accounts for over a year now - although I had paid for JUMP I never received any notice from TM that I could so I ended up paying for the phone in full but he did his best to help me) and Kevin Clark This store gets 4 stars for the people BUT T-MOBILE SUCKS. LITERALLY only care about new customer conversion and no thoughts and benefits for loyalty and retention.TMobile is the worst for customer loyalty to the point that they no longer have a customerLoyalty team!!!! As a long standing customer of T-Mobile, I do not recommend them. I’ve been made so many promises, spent hours on the phone to correct billing issues, and NOTHING THEY EVER SAY THEY WILL DO, DO THEY DO. GO WITH THE COMPETITION,

I want to sincerely thank Rob (manager) and the staff at this location. I had a very complicated breakdown of my phone and they solved my transition to a replacement coverage phone with creativity and patience. I bypassed my local TMobile store which was helpless and went to this store instead. If I could give them "6" stars, I would have. Highest recommendation!

I was helped by Zamira who was awesome! The store was packed but she did great in fixing all the problems I had with my account all the while multitasking to help the other costumers as well. Great skills and big willingness to help. Thanks Zamira, keep up the spirit.

Great customer service, took my phone in to fix a data issue and the staff were great at helping to figure out the cause, they went above and beyond to Matt how sure the phone is updated after the fix, I ended up adding other service to my plan at the rep advised and so far enjoying the added value feature

It’s not often that I write reviews, but Mohammed definitely deserves one. I needed to switch out my xfinity Wi-Fi because it wasn’t working, and he told me to come in the store on the phone. As soon as I came in, he was quick to help me, was really kind and the whole process took maybe 10 minutes.Shout out to you Mohammed, thanks for all your help

Been a long time customer, and I forgot my charger, so I needed to charge my phone real quickly. The employees there seemed very bothered by my presence and upset I even ask to use a the charger they use in store. The whole time they keep harrasing me over it's 10% charge, can you leave kind of attitude. It's not my fault they don't have fast charger. I also wanted to check out a new phone for an upgrade, I got no customer service regarding the specs, or even wanted to show my the full capacity of the phone. This experience has drastically made me reconsider even doing an upgrade or buying a new phone from T mobile.

I stopped a guy with a T-mobile shirt on 1/20 on the lower level of the mall and asked can I ask him a question. He was so nice and patient I ended up asking a few questions. I asked if I was interrupting his break time and he said no he's able to talk. I felt so comfortable, like I wasn't a bother I asked his name so I can give him praise. He told me his name is Rob, but had I given his shirt a second glance I would have seen that. I left our conversation in a more upbeat mood, not that anything was wrong before, but he was so relatable and personable our interaction left me feeling happier about my situation I had questioned him about. If I need in-person assistance moving forward, I will definitely go to Rob if possible. Thank you Rob for you customer service.

Sprint at Montgomery Mall is located in front of Sears on the bottom floor. It's in front of BOSE and Talbots. Tip: this is an open air store, so it's in the middle of the lane. This store does NOT move your data from one phone to another. You have to go to a Sprint main store for that. Very nice customer service, they helped activate an iPhone. Tip: if you buy an unlocked phone from Apple, you should ask the Apple store for a Sprint SIM card at the same time. It will save you a trip. We thought they could move a Samsung Sprint SIM to an iPhone. We were wrong. Activation took about 40 minutes.

If I could give these clowns zero or even -1 stars I would. I went to upgrade my sons phone and it turned into an absolute disaster. The iPhone 6 my son has is paid off and sprint said I could not trade it because it wasn't leased by them. And I had to pay them 189.00 to keep the phone I already own to complete the upgrade. This is asinine. The little girl behind the counter dis not see the logic and didn't understand the word asinine. She was unhelpful, unsympathetic, rude, and did not know how to do her job. Her co-worker was not much use, either. I asked for the general manager and district managers name and the outright refused to give it to me. They said the didn't give out their personal number and I said they work for Sprint and I want their corporate number. They again refused and then I said I'm going to video you refusing to help me and then they said they were going to call security and throw me out of the mall. Totally outrageous. Stay away from this place at all costs and Sprint. They are the worst of the carries.

Terrible customer service and phone service for all four lines...Sprint only gives you 2 weeks to cancel, but make sure and keep your phone boxes because they don't tell you that at time of purchase....they also took my old I-phone as part of their buy-out program but are stalling and giving me the run-around about giving me a phone back or compensation for the phone. The Manager, Ronnie, has been absolutely no help. I'm going back to Verizon today no matter how much the extra cost.
