Was told I could not try the cooling pad on the bed I was considering. This resulted in a longer time needed to experiment the options I wanted. My kids were later told to get off of the family cooling pad so that customer could try it with the bed they wanted. I left the store

Bought one of these here 6 years ago. After less than 5 years, motor broke. It took 10 months and so many calls to customer service just to get the replacement motor. Remote never connected with new motor. A company is only as good as their customer service when things go wrong and this one is horrible. No one repairs these. They don’t honor their warranty. You will be told you can fix it yourself.Went with a different air system, less than half the price. Our Sleep number went to the dump as an expensive lesson. Don’t buy.

I brought my mother in to purchase a bed however she could not continue because the loud music the mall played interfered with her comfort. It's a shame the mall management is attempting to bankrupt the mall.

Nia was very helpful explaining the differences between the mattresses and helped to make a choice. A great service, thanks. We did not get the purchase yet, but are happy with the experience at the store.

This company lies. They took my money two months ago saying they would ship in two days. It's been two months and no product. I've spoken with customer service six times and sometimes they know nothing, sometimes they make up stories. Be careful of a company that takes your money and doesn't deliver --- they could be in financial trouble.

Breneley and Rob were great, provided full explanation of the technology, helped us find the right sleep number setting, and let us (and our rambunctious toddler) take as much time as we needed to test out mattresses. They kept in contact after our visits to ensure we had the info we needed without pressuring us.

If I could give this store no stars, I would. No words can describe how disappointed I am about this store. We purchased our sleep number mattress on Nov 14 with our delivery date scheduled Dec 11 to our new apartment. The worker at sleep number got our delivery address, the billing address ALL wrong and when we caught this mistake a few weeks later and when I went to the store to change it- the delivery address changed to January 22. Almost a month later!!!!!!!!! I went to the store and asked to change it to the wrong address so at least I can meet them there and get my mattress on Dec 11 so I can have something to sleep on. After being on the phone with sleep number for 2 hours I just literally had the worst customer service, they simply didn’t care and kept putting me on hold. And in the store the workers aren’t helpful whatsoever. They just told me to call customer service myself. I had to cancel my entire order of $5,000 and I am just so disappointed in how sleep number handled this situation. When you pay this much for a mattress at least the customer service can be more helpful. Thanks for such a terrible experience sleep mattress.

When we entered the store it well lit and very clean. Sandra waited on us and spent well over an hour and a half, answering all of the questions we asked. Showed us several different beds and the differences each had.We can’t wait for our bed to arrive and sleep on itIA
