Awesome customer service. I bought an expensive lighter that was a little problematic. They quickly offered to repair it. They tried but couldn't, so when I came back to pick it up, they offered me a brand new one. These guys have terrific selection of Cigars and great service (I bought a second lighter) ?

A very nice selection of Cigars with knowledgeable and professional employees to help in the selection process. The setup is a bit wonky (think long and skinny) with the large humidor in the back, but the selection makes up for it. I would recommend!

Tony and K.K. (I'm not sure if his name is spelled like this or not?) are absolutely wonderful keepers of the shop. Super friendly, and knowledgeable. They even helped me identify a cigar I was trying to track that I had the pleasure of trying when I was overseas. I was really impressed when they actually did call me to let me know one of my favorites was back in stock and they held on to the box for me until I was able to come to town to pick it up. I've bought several cigars here as gifts and of course picked a few nicer ones for myself, and even tried a couple new ones that were recommended. I've usually purchased cigars online for cost, but honestly, when you come across a local business that is this pleasant, there's no reason not to spend a little bit extra for the convenience and to chat with the locals.The lounge itself isn't fancy, but it's cozy and feels like home. I haven't sat here to enjoy a smoke, but I may one day when I have nothing going on.

Either humidor/cabinet isn’t great or pricey sticks don’t move fast enough. Spent 50 bucks on 4 cigars, two of the wrappers were cracked while one $16 Arturo VSG burnt terribly.

The lounge is staffed with excellent gentlemen who are exceptionally knowledgeable about cigars. The lounge has a friendly and open atmosphere that will make anyone feel welcomed. Cigars are amazingly well kept, and the service is spectacular.

By far my absolute favorite cigar lounge. Excellent selection and very polite staff. They are equipped with a very cozy lounge that is akin to enjoying a cigar in your own home. I have been a regular here for over two years and have never had a bad experience. Every member of their staff is not only very knowledgeable about cigars but is also polite and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. I highly recommend this establishment.

The gentleman working behind the counter was anything but. Never greeted me. Just stood behind me quietly. I greeted him and, to my face, did not reply. I asked if he had a particular cigar and he just shook his head nonchalantly. First time I’ve ever experienced bad service in a lounge. I’m shocked.
