DO NOT GO TO THIS STATION. THEY ARE A FRAUD. THEY PUT THEMSELVES OUT TO BE AN INSPECTION STATION AND THEY ARE NOT!!!! WE LIVE CLOSE AND STOPPED BY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR INSPECTION OF OUR NEW CAR. ANGEL SAID TO BRING IT IN MARCH 25 AT 11;00A AND LEAVE IT FOR THE DAY AND THE CHARGE WOULD BE $115. SO WE TOOK OUR VEHICLE TO BE INSPECTED BELIEVING THEY WOULD BE THE STATION DOING THE INPSECTION. WHEN WE PICKED UP THE CAR WE WERE CHARGED $195 AND THE CAR HAD 35 MILES PUT ON IT. WHEN WE QUESTIONED ADAM, WE WERE TOLD THEY TOOK THE CAR TO A MOBILE STATION ON GEORGIA AVE. TO GET IT DONE EARLIER. I CALLED THE ASED TO COMPLAIN AND WERE TOLD THIS STATION IS NOT A REGISTERED MARYLAND INSPECTION STATION.
THEY ARE LIARS AND A FRAUD.

Adam and his team at One Stop Auto are the most professional, considerate, and thorough auto repair shop, I have encountered in decades. As a woman, trying to find a mechanic and/or auto repair shop that is trustworthy, honest, and offer fair pricing, is incredibly difficult. This shop provided all of that - every time and often went over and beyond that... they take the time to explain the issue, saved parts to show me the difference between what was there and why it needed to be replaced... I never do recommendations... but Adam's customer service is simply unmatched. I highly recommend One Stop Auto, 5110 River Road Bethesda, for all of your automotive maintenance and repair needs. Hands down, the very best!!

Love everyone at River Road Shell! Just got back from living in the Pacific NW, and now live in DC, but will make the commute because of their Friendly, and professional service. We always know We are in good hands with them, and will be supporting this independent business as long as we are here. Thank you Adam and his team!

The new person that took over after the Japanese mechanic left is rude & nasty! Do not patronize him! He over charges, also!! Not accommodating @ all!!

Adam and his service people were great in diagnosing my car 's problems and addressing issues like my scarily bent rods. They found a serious water pump problem and recognized it was still covered under warranty at another station and encouraged me to go ahead and get it fixed at the other station that held the warranty. Very honest. I trust this station.

My husband has been pumping gas here for years ever since my husband moved his job close by this location. Now, their no longer upside reward app affiliated. Will pump to a different location @ Wisconsin ave 2 street down. So disappointed.....

When I fill up here, I pay cash and accompany this with a gas rewards savings card. Lately, though, I have experienced a serious problem. I have had trouble getting the right change back from the attendant. I often wind up getting into an argument. This has occurred at least 3 times now, and I am so frustrated that I am thinking of going to some other Shell station next time. I'm not sure if this is happening because the attendant is lacking some sort of training or whether he is actively trying to scam me.

Sad part about this review Is , I liked coming here and will make sure all of my (Near By) CDL employees come here to fill up. Not anymore, From Today on the Fat Big belly man was very rude and I will no longer spend my money with Shell, We will gladly spend it with Exxon Next Door. Me & my employees don't tolerate disrespect.

Tried to use my Giant points here for .50/gal, and they cut the pump at 3/4 tank, totaling only $59 when I know my gas purchase should be closer to $80+. They also don’t have a working air pump, unless you will pay $5 to their shop. It’s air. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I heard from others that the master mechanic at this location is trustworthy and knows his stuff. Having just serviced my car there I definitely concur. He’s also a very respectful gentleman.

Used my Giants reward number to get a discount on gas. When I cut the pump, it said $41.The gas kept pending for days on my debit card, never fully charging. Then they charged me $62! They straight up stole from me.
