Be very careful about shopping there. They do not have customer-friendly return or exchange policies. I bought a dress from the 20% off sale rack. The next day I went back to see if I could do an even exchange for the same dress in a different color. The answer was no. In fact, I also couldn't get store credit to spend at some future time. It seems like one of those places that maximizes profit rather than customer satisfaction. Won't be going back. Honestly, there are better values elsewhere anyway. I took a look at a pair of leggings on my first trip--$278!!!

Very tasteful women's clothing in Wildwood Shopping Center in Bethesda on Democracy Blvd. Fun to look at, sizes are for mostly thin women, no plus sizes. Sometimes scarf selection is good for a fast pick me up!

The buyer(s) for Sequel have quite an eye. The clothes are well made, unique and quite stunning at times. The prices are high but are competitive for the quality of the merchandise. My only wish is that they had more items in larger sizes. The sales people are knowledgeable and will stop pushing if you tell them you'd rather browse on your own. It's one of the best boutiques in the area . The only other boutique I would compare it to is Imagine in Alexandria, Much higher end and better quality than Catch Can in upper NW DC. They also have a small collection of jewelry and purses.

I just spent some time in Sequel shopping and I LOVE THIS STORE!! The clothes are just beautiful. The ladies that work there are just amazing. Everyone is very pleasant, they know the lines they sell very well and what will look great on everyone. I love the honest personal touch that everyone that works there offers each and every customer! The sister store Wear It Well, is great too. I recently had to return a pair of pants and they were great with helping choose something else that would be great. You will not go wrong with either store. I don't know much about the third store, Corby Collection, but if it is a part of this group I am sure it is as great. in my opinion they ROCK the Bethesda Boutique's for women. After shopping with this group of Bethesda stores, who needs the mall. I recommend everyone take a stroll into Sequel for one of the areas best shopping experiences and if you don't find it there.............Wear It Well is awesome too.
