I recently ordered an item from this site, first time. Things went pretty smooth and they gave me a tracking number shortly after my purchase was made, everything was easy and I got my product the morning after expected, which, for me, was fine. The only issue I really have is that I bought an item that could be easily damaged and it was only put into a thin shipping bag and sent out. Therefore, my item is damaged! This could have been very easily avoided, had they taken the little time to maybe wrap a single layer of bubble wrap or just put this item in a box. This item is to be a gift and I am disappointed that my gift will be slightly damaged, as I do not have time now to return and wait for a new one to be sent. Overall I gave 3 stars because price and communication and shipping were fast and easy, just not happy with the packaging, and I’m not sure how they work so I don’t know if they even packaged it.

Sent wrong item. No right item in stock. Now I have to go way out of my way and send wrong item back before I can get a refund.

Ordered ladies shoes and the purchase amount was taken out of my bank. Called customer service and they said they had no order in my name. I proceeded to tell them they stole my money and they said there was no order to call my bank. My bank doesn’t know this company’s business but they noted if an order wasn’t made then how’d they get my money. They will not help me in any way and basically told me screw you. Ur on ur own.DONT EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Worst shopping experience, the product I bought doesn't even have all the parts and after I assembled and found them missing they won't refund me back.At least have all the parts for my order or allow returns.

I ordered a water bottle for a good price. There was only one available, so I knew I was taking a chance if something was wrong with it. It was advertised as NEW, so I just hoped it would be fine. The bottle came without the straw, which affects the stated functionality of the bottle. I contacted secondipity customer service and explained the problem. Initially they offered me a $3 refund to replace the straw, due to not having replacement parts to offer themselves. I looked up the cost to buy the part with shipping and it would have cost $6. I sent secondipity this information, and they provided me a $6 refund without issue. So, I was able to get the straw for no extra cost to me from the bottle manufacturer. Yes, it was a little extra effort on my part, but I was very satisfied by the customer service support I received.

Pros:The shipping was fast with the item well-packed. Customer service was courteous. Refund was immediate.Cons:Ordered a brand new water bottle with handle, received a used one with vinyl stickers on, without a handle.

I stumbled onto this site accidently and I must say the ordering process and delivery was easy and stellar. I hesitated at giving 5 stars because it's my first purchase but I have to be honest... this transaction could not have been any better. I ordered a floor lamp and a table lamp... both came in perfect condition as decribed. I will make another purchase... prayerfully it'll go just as well.

They refunded me for a bunch of records I bought that had very good pricing. Understand that those same records are available at their website but now at higher prices.Marketing 101, IF you made a pricing mistake, honour it, eat the loss, but garner a devoted customer base and get great reviews. You didn't so welcome to a 1* rating and, from what I gather on online discussion forums, many more 1*s will be forthcoming.Good luck going forward with what will likely be a <2* overall rating
