I paid for “new” headphones. I thought the item was new so I threw away the box that it came in. I looked at the item a little more and saw that it was a little beat up, but I decided to use it 24 hrs later during a gig.
A few days later, I tried to exchange the headphones for a real NEW one. I went to the UPS store and had to come out of my pocket to pay for a box. Secondipity did not want to refund me for their mistake. Looking at the other reviews, it seems that they do not care whether an item is really NEW. MY BUSINESS WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. THE ITEMS THAT THEY SELL ARE NOT NEW. THEY CONSISTENTLY DO NOT CARE. RUN!! STICK WITH AMAZON, EBAY, WALMART, ETC. WASTE OF TIME!!

Item was listed as ‘new’ which I guess is technically true but it came smashed. To the point that I couldn’t even use it like this, it won’t sit flat on a stove. It would be nice if the listings were honest, like “new pan, smashed to bits and unusable for 30% off retail”. Don’t recommend.

Ordered a baby gate here and the product was listed new. Upon receiving the item and finally (past their 30 days window) opening the package, the product was found damaged with missing parts. Contacted customer service for a resolution and they would not provide any kind of resolution. Not looking for a full refund, but at least a store credit or something for providing damaged goods and missing parts. Could have maybe used the damaged product, but can't even do that because of the missing parts. I will never do business with this company and advise everyone else to do the same.

Ordered a few times now. Did have some issues but the customer service was responsive and a full refund was issued on return.

I recently ordered an item from this site, first time. Things went pretty smooth and they gave me a tracking number shortly after my purchase was made, everything was easy and I got my product the morning after expected, which, for me, was fine. The only issue I really have is that I bought an item that could be easily damaged and it was only put into a thin shipping bag and sent out. Therefore, my item is damaged! This could have been very easily avoided, had they taken the little time to maybe wrap a single layer of bubble wrap or just put this item in a box. This item is to be a gift and I am disappointed that my gift will be slightly damaged, as I do not have time now to return and wait for a new one to be sent. Overall I gave 3 stars because price and communication and shipping were fast and easy, just not happy with the packaging, and I’m not sure how they work so I don’t know if they even packaged it.

Sent wrong item. No right item in stock. Now I have to go way out of my way and send wrong item back before I can get a refund.

Ordered ladies shoes and the purchase amount was taken out of my bank. Called customer service and they said they had no order in my name. I proceeded to tell them they stole my money and they said there was no order to call my bank. My bank doesn’t know this company’s business but they noted if an order wasn’t made then how’d they get my money. They will not help me in any way and basically told me screw you. Ur on ur own.DONT EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Worst shopping experience, the product I bought doesn't even have all the parts and after I assembled and found them missing they won't refund me back.At least have all the parts for my order or allow returns.

I ordered a water bottle for a good price. There was only one available, so I knew I was taking a chance if something was wrong with it. It was advertised as NEW, so I just hoped it would be fine. The bottle came without the straw, which affects the stated functionality of the bottle. I contacted secondipity customer service and explained the problem. Initially they offered me a $3 refund to replace the straw, due to not having replacement parts to offer themselves. I looked up the cost to buy the part with shipping and it would have cost $6. I sent secondipity this information, and they provided me a $6 refund without issue. So, I was able to get the straw for no extra cost to me from the bottle manufacturer. Yes, it was a little extra effort on my part, but I was very satisfied by the customer service support I received.
