Moved from a national bank to here, as tired of feeling like a faceless number. (I didn't have enough money for them to care who I was)
It has now been 6 months, and I couldn't be happier about the switch! Both the folks at the counter, and their web team have made it easy and stress free to work with Sandy Spring Bank.... And even as a newcomer, they still recognize me! (At the OTHER bank, I came in every month for 20 years, and only the one MANAGER who would roll their eyes when they saw me ever knew who I was....)
Great customer friendly banking policies. Thank you for making banking (not my favorite industry) feel like a local institution, and not a money grubbing capitalist corporation bent on keeping customers away from their money....
Keep up the great work!

My family opened our account at the 1st branch in Onley in 80s andately they have actually told me more than once because of activity on our account that they won't help resolve to close it. The customer service during covid has been horrendous, I've been run around on account info, and directed to go to branches that aren't open. Not sure what happened, maybe they grew too fast.
