This is a great shop, I live out of states and I keep buying my sister and sister in law gifts here. The staff is super responsive and I have even been called by them to check if it was a gift. Not sure how I found them, but glad I did!

I have loved this store for years. But was disappointed that a dog mug I purchased recently was designed in the US but made in China. Also, I was considering some Christmas pins but notice they were made in China. One of the things I love about this store is the US crafts. Let's stay made in the US for so many reasons. Thank you for selling the Lark biscuits/cookies of various flavors. All local and wonderful gifts. Stephanie K.

I got an email from this store to shop small on small business Saturday. Ordered some things online and went to the store to pick up. While in the store I ended up buying more stuff because everything was just so interesting an unique. It seems like they have a gift for just about everyone! Don’t miss out on their chocolate selection if you go in - especially the Heavens to Bacon Bar!

Been here a couple times now and the staff are always friendly! We always end up leaving with way more than we intended to. They have a great selection and some very cool trinkets from Japan I don’t usually see in US stores. ?

I recently heard from my dad, the most impossible to shop for person on the planet, that he "won Christmas," because he was so impressed with the chocolate liqueurs I bought from this store. My husband also really enjoyed the bourbon cherries I got for him, and my daughter is obsessed with the pencil sharpeners/erasers Santa left in her stocking. They made it so safe and easy to still shop online while keeping our Christmas shopping local. Thanks for sourcing such quality products and making it so easy to find someone for everyone on my list.

Fantastic products and same-day local delivery. They wrap the gifts up beautifully without even having to request it! They have the best puzzles and beautiful gift items for everything from new babies to Mother's Day. John offers incredible customer service and makes his customers feel so valued. I can not say enough about John and his team at Red Orchard!! If I didn't always buy locally before, I will now and the Red Orchard has a customer for life!! With this pandemic, I have only left the house to exercise or walk the dog. My family of 5 ran out of productive down time activities within the first week, so I went on to the Red Orchard website to order 2 puzzles. That day, no really that same day, John dropped them off at my door with a smile and an extra surprise, gummie frogs (delicious)! We didn't even know we needed gummie frogs until we received them! Today, I realized I needed a birthday gift for a special friend who will unfortunately have her birthday during all of this upheaval. I wasn't sure I'd be able to drop something off at her home to brighten her day, but then I thought of Red Orchard! I ordered on line this morning, and John called an hour later with some questions saying that he could drop off the gift this afternoon! The items they sell are special, the service with a smile is so very welcomed these days, and being able to support a small local business makes me feel good. Win, Win, Win!!! Thank you Red Orchard!

Red Orchard has been my favorite place for cards and unique gifts for at least five years. During this time of horrid COVID-19 they started offering delivery of items from their shop and today (4/2/2020) I got a bag of goodies! I’m so excited to puzzle away with one of the two new ones I got and to keep my hands clean with the hand sanitizer.
