Quattro was helpful and responded to emails as well as phone calls (not every auto shop has or uses emails, so this was a big plus for me!). Their price estimate was in the middle range of the estimates I received, but they promised to get the work done most quickly (4-5 days for what I needed) and DID get the car fixed quickly (4 days)! I also really appreciate that they detailed the inside of the car (it was so clean!) and fixed the “check tire pressure” light that had been in broken for over a year (even though that’s not why I brought my car in). Overall, I would recommend!

Quattro Auto Body did a great job fixing up my car after it was scratched up in a parking garage. They provided a fair estimate and completed the work within 48 hours, and when I picked up my car they had even cleaned the inside! The workers were kind and easy to work with. This shop is also accessible by Metro. I will be coming back for any future needs!

Excellent communication and always do a quality job.
Kevin was great as i was leaving on vacay. He got me in the day I left, emailed me every third day while away.
Also confirmed, the wknd prior, it would be ready when i got back — i hate getting rentals and having to do street parking in a rental.
I live in DC but inly go here for work!

This place made it super easy to get my car repaired. I had a few scratches and a broken light on my bumper. They repainted and fixed it up within 2 days AND to my surprise they detailed the entire inside of my car for no charge. The car looks brand new and they washed and cleaned the outside as well. Super cool guys upfront and who answer the phone. All around a good experience, will be coming back.
