Do not ship anything with FedEx from this place. Octogenarian that took shipment put the wrong address and forgot to forward the customs form. Contract never reached the German office.

They charge $10 for accepting a DHL parcel. But will not issue a receipt that they’ve accepted it. Unhelpful woman behind the register.

They are one of the only places in the area where you can drop off DHL packages. They handle those quickly and courteously. If you want to save money, be sure to pay for and print your labels online directly on DHL's site. Then just come here to drop it off.

Sent two shipments and was charged 100 and 120 dollars in fees. Didn't receive a email notifications in a few days, had to go back and was given official dhl receipts instead. The charges on receipt by dhl was only 36.91 and 54.53 each.
