Brenda at Print1 is a joy to work with. She is extremely responsive, gets the proofs back to us quickly and has our orders done asap! We will continue to use Print1 as our sole printing vendor since our experience has been so great! 10/10 recommend!

Print 1 Printing & Copying did a terrific job with our retractable banner, all within 24 hours. They were very helpful sending us proofs several times and making it turn out exactly as we wanted.

I had some Christmas gifts to be printed at Print 1 and they did such a fantastic job—fair prices, excellent quality, honest about what they can do, great suggestions and timely completion. Best part is that it came out very high quality and communication regarding the order was ongoing throughout the process. I will recommend Print 1 to everyone whether you’re getting personal or business related materials printed. I will surely be coming again. Dan and Ed were both super helpful.

I drive mopeds and motorcycles and today I lost my wallet. I googled a place to print my paper DL. I drove to print 1 and stood outside and ordered my DL. I came into the store and asked how much to print a piece of paper. I was told “$5 plus the paper and how many copies”. I then said wow it’s only 79c at FedEx. He then said “well why are you here, go to FedEx”. I went outside and then googled FedEx. To my amazement it is literally right around the corner. So I went there (self correction: it was actually 18c) got it printed and received great customer service. The price isn’t the reason for the 1 star review, it’s the attitude and unprofessional customer service. It isn’t so much as to what was said, but how it was said. Being a person who graduated Texas Tech - Master Of Business Administration, I know how customers/ potential customers are to be treated and here I did not receive such. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AROUND THE CORNER TO FEDEX!

We always have the highest level of service and professionalism from Print 1, and our business has been using them for many years. In all the years we've worked with Print 1, I cannot think of a time that we haven't been completely satisfied with the results. Excellent business. Highly recommend.

The whole team at Print 1 that I have had the pleasure of working with is efficient and flexible, and the turnaround time is fantastic. We order business cards from them as well as other marketing materials and we have never been disappointed!
