I have been dropping off/ washing and folding here for about a year. I have always been treated great and provided a fair rate for the loads I bring in. Usually, it is the ladies working in there. Yesterday, I dropped off my loads (a man welcomed me and.took my information). He calls today giving me a ridiculously high rate, claiming that it's a lot of clothes. Then he proceeded to tell me, well, come tomorrow when the "little lady is here". When I told him he was not giving me the right rate... he hung up the phone. I don't know who this guy is, but he should not be dealing with customers at all with that rude and trifling attitude. This place has been reputable but now, I am considering to never return.

The establishment appeared to be very small not enough space to do laundry However I did go with their full service drop off wash and fold. Cost me a total of $70 check or cash only of course Now this was for 2 loads and a Comforter. Whereas I was able to drop off twice as much with better service for less than half of that price in District Heights Prince George's county Maryland(30 minute drive worth it). So really it's about location location of course this area is full of millionaires that have that kind of money to throw away for that type of service. But Hey The staff was very kind and hard-working.

A family owned business that aims to please. My condo apt has its own stackable washer dryer. Unfortunately, it cannot accommodate a large comforter or our king sized pillows. I take those to Poly Clean along with my own detergent since i have many sensitivities and allergies. They are very accommodating.. Mom runs the show and when her two sons are available, (they both attend college and/or grad school…great job Mom!) they are there helping. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their work or their customer service. In by a few minutes after opening and ready before closing. I have not used the do it yourself service so i cannot review it. Highly recommend Poly Clean for customer service and quality of work.

I recently used the wash and fold service at Poly Clean Kenwood, and unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the results. The main issue was that my clothes didn't seem to have been washed with detergent. They came back looking and smelling the same as when I dropped them off.When I reached out to them about this issue, they offered to rewash the clothes, but they mentioned there would be an additional charge for it. I was a bit taken aback by this, as I believe that the initial washing should have been done correctly in the first place.While the staff was polite in their response, I was hoping for a more proactive approach to fixing the problem, especially considering it was due to their oversight. I appreciate their willingness to address the situation, but the fact that they were going to charge extra left me a bit disappointed.In the end, I opted not to proceed with the rewash, as I felt it was an unnecessary expense on my part. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make improvements to their washing process to avoid such issues in the future.

Excellent customer service, team, and professional. I have used this location multiple times for emergency laundry needs for our spas and they always deliver with a friendly service and quick turnaround time. Highly recommend, always.

Do not come here to do your own laundry. There is no place to sit, at all. It’s too crowded and not enough machines. It is very small in there. Maybe it’s a good wash and fold, but I don’t usually spend that long on my feet unless someone is paying me to do that.

I needed a place to use a dryer and was glad to find this place. I walked in, a dryer was open, a few quarters got me 35 minutes which was all I needed. Exactly why I was looking for so 5 stars from me!

Very friendly staff. Workspace is clean. Ready to give you quarters. At least one of the washing machines (probably 2) on its final spin shakes the floor at a magnitude that registers on the Richter scale. Next time I do laundry here I am bringing a camp stool. There's nowhere to sit inside and outside there's a railing that you can sit on located next to a rat trap. Overall, I like it.

I've been to this place yesterday as our washer is broken. It is busy but within 7 mins wait they freed up a washer. Staff a nice, and helpful. They have quarters for you in case you're in short of it. For a 23mins wash it costs either $5 / $7 depending on the size and your load.Drying cycle is 6.5 mins/ quarter. These are self service rates. You can drop off too...they'll wash,dry, and fold your clothes for a certain price.

I needed to have some big bedding pieces laundered! I took it the Poly Clean, and I was happy with the outcome. The pieces were ready the next day! I highly recommend them!

We were so happy with the service we received. The machines in our building were broken right before we were leaving for our honeymoon. We needed clean clothes ASAP. Poly Clean made sure to finish our clothes in time for us to leave. We are so grateful, thank you!
