Poor management; they don’t really care. Boxes that need unpacked and no desire to assist. No card stock but plenty of unpacked boxes.

Great selection of wrapping paper. The card selection needs an update. Safeway has a better selection of birthday cards which is odd. Everything else the store offers is top quality.
