From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by very welcoming team members. I went in knowing that I wanted to purchase a new car but I was still deciding between a HR-V or a CR-V; Jalen happily showed us up to the new car level and showed us the different cars they had available. He explained the differences between all models of the CR-V’s and the HR-V’s very well which helped make my choice easy. Throughout both test drives, he explained the different features available in the cars which was extremely helpful. He encouraged questions and always answered them clearly. I had such a great experience at Ourisman Honda, thanks to Jalen and Alan. I love my new car!

Went in to buy a car and everyone was extremely kind, patient, and understanding with me. The associate that was helping me is named Jaylen and he made the entire experience great for my family and I. With everything going on he helped me with so much, much appreciation to him. I love my new car so much.

I recently visited Ourisman Honda in Bethesda with the intention of purchasing a new car. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
From the moment we arrived, we were met with a lack of enthusiasm and knowledge from the sales representative. Despite having cash in hand and a specific car in mind, the representative seemed uninterested in assisting us. When we inquired about the vehicle, their responses were vague and uninformed.
To make matters worse, the representative was unable to provide basic information like a printout of the car's specifications or contact details. It was only after expressing our dissatisfaction that they reluctantly provided their phone number.
Given the level of disrespect and disinterest we encountered, it's clear that Ourisman Honda in Bethesda does not value potential customers. I will be sure to share my negative experience with others and will never consider doing business with this dealership.

I had an incredible experience at Ourisman Honda in Bethesda with Jalen Fraser. He was honest, friendly and got the job done when he said it would be done. After a nightmarish experience at Pohanka in Fredericksburg, I couldn’t have been happier with Ourisman/Jalen! ?

Had a fabulous experience with Devin the car salesman, he was such a great seller he was not pushy at all and gave us a lot of support from beginning to end. I would also like to give a shout out to his manager Tami she was phenomenal and made sure I left with a great deal no one would pass up on! Lastly, Kyra topped off our experience at the dealership with a cherry on top!!! She was very sweet and offered us some great package deals! I would definitely recommend this dealership over any in the dmv! They genuinely make you feel like family and don’t force anything on you. Make sure you check them out when looking for a car.

I've had a lot of bad experiences with dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised with their professionalism and procedures. Their the service was done quickly and was reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation using their services again.
