It may not be the fitness style you’re used to but it’s certainly something to look forward to throughout these uncertain times! While live videos is more interactive, watching/using these workout videos on your own time makes it’s an asset to your day. No excuses, just an in-home fitness center. I absolutely love it! Thank you NIH for always being a beacon of hope.

Small gym but rarely over crowded. Lots of cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowing machine) and plenty of free weights; a few machine weights as well

Equipment is old and the room is pretty small but it's an allright gym for a good price.
