These guys are amazing and have almost anything you need at any hour of the day. I like to bring my packages here as it’s much more convenient than going to post office. Kind and knowledgeable personnel.

Nice place, open Sundays, too. They also offer shipping services. Place is jam packed w convenience store items. Very friendly people. Parking is a challenge, takes longer to find a spot than to lock up the papers.

I will give a negative star if it is an option. Sent an urgent overnight USPS express mail through the store and the mail ended up be back to me in Bethesda MD after a day (after 6 PM when it should have been delivered to the destination in Florida). I called the store owner who would not check if he made mistake on the destination and insisted that he never made mistakes. He then hung up the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will mot go to this store for mail again.

If I can put a negative star, I would like to do that. I sent an urgent overnight USPS express mail and the mail is need up coming back to my address in Bethesda instead going to the destination in Florida. I called the store today after I found the mail has been messed up and if the owner had put in the wrong destination address. He was just extremely rude and said that it was impossible that he could have made any mistakes. He then hung up the phone on me instead of doing an check in this urgent mail. Neve will have anything to do with this business again!

Purely from the USPS services only: I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have never mailed a package so quickly and easily. The owner was able to adeptly give me my shipping options and recommendations of best choice for my needs. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Same cost as going to the actual post office without the headache. Bonus: MUCH better hours than the regular post office, so no more speeding out of work like a bat out of hell to make the 5pm cutoff.

I accidentally dropped my keys while I was shopping here. Once I realized I didn’t have my keys, I wasn’t sure where I had dropped them, so I was frantically revisiting all the places I had gone. Rudy found my keys and stayed open late until I came by and got them! Such a nice owner and such a great place!

They advertise as a FedEx onsite store. Just found out they don't do returns with A QR for the label because they can't scan the QR code. Very disappointing, esp after I dragged in a 40 lb box to be returned. Get with the times. Most retailers now make it easy for consumers to return using a QR code. Don't make it harder for consumers. I can't imagine I'm the first person to want to drop off a return using a QR code in Bethesda

For the last few months, the employees have said that they are no longer allowed to scan in packages which I found suspicious, so I didn't mail here for a while. Any company that accepts post office packages is suppose to scan them in if you ask. I finally mailed here recently to test it out. 1 package was paid for there, so it was scanned in, and I left 1 other package there that had already been paid for, so they would not scan it in. That package that was not scanned in went missing completely and tracking never showed that it even moved from there. So the very first time that I mailed here since the employees decided to stop scanning in packages, it vanishes! So never leave packages here because they will not arrive and they will go missing!
