Reception was very aggressively in my face telling me that I needed to wait to be seen. Repeatedly telling me it was going to be a few more minutes, every few minutes. All while letting other people be seen by representative that arrived after I did.

Misleading info, people actually follow your hours, if is just for the militarily that can go there by 8:30 am that would have been a good in to put there on the schedule so none militarily people wouldn't drive 30 minutes out of there way just to find that out.

I noticed most people said it wasn't there in their reviews. It is there, its actually two there. (One is located in my building I work in, very convenient to just walk downstairs) They're just located on a military installation. So if you don't have a military/government Identification. you will not be allowed access on the base. I've had wonderful service with both of them. The one located in the Navy Exchange is open until 6pm Mon-Fri and 5pm on Sat. You really can't beat that!

Navy Federal is located on the military installation. One in the main hospital and the other in the main exchange (like Mrs. J said)
