What a great experience as a first time home buyer!!! We knew nothing coming into this process and was connected through a mutual friend. From the moment we reached out to Leslie it was constant communication, answered any questions we had, and most importantly managed a lot of the background work because we were moving all the way from Germany! We outlined our needs, discussed our priorities, and reached out to the various areas in D.C., Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and even Delaware. If she can't find you a house then you aren't doing your part of looking at the listings, plain and simple. We would recommend Leslie and Mynor & Associates to anyone considering moving into the area!

I initially contacted Grace because we had no idea how to even start with purchasing a home. With such a short notice Grace had already connected me with our relators Leslie and Yuri; as well as our mortgage lender, Mario.We knew nothing yet had the best experience ever!Grace, Leslie, Yuri, and Mario made sure we understood exactly what each step meant for us and how to proceed. I was VERY PLEASED with Mynor and Assoicates. We met with Mynor to discuss the home preparations for the sale. They had my home sold BEFORE we even went to market. They started a "coming soon" campaign, to see the interest in the neighborhood and the market. They put up a sign while we were doing some renovations. We had a buyer offering very close to our asking price with immediate move in. We did not even make it to listing the property. The process was very easy with them.

Mynor and Associates have taken great care of us. Their expertise with all aspects of the house-selling process was invaluable. They wisely advised us about readying the home for sale, completing the contract etc. They were always very friendly and made sure we were comfortable with the decisions.

When it was time for me to sell my first house I had understandable reservations. Mynor and his team quickly put me an ease and I felt supported throughout the whole process. Mynor and his team are the best! The closing happened! Earlier on, we had a few deals fall through the cracks (primarily due to those untimely and dreaded interest rate hikes). It was a bit frustrating, but it was beyond everyone's control. Through it all, Mynor stayed diligent, kept me informed, and developed new strategies to get my house sold. He and his team members are very knowledgeable, resourceful, and respectful. It was a pleasure working with them, and I highly recommend them for everyone's Real Estate needs. Our house sold in four days in a rapidly changing market. Mynor and associates are professional, courteous, and totally knowledgeable in the sale of real estate. They covered all aspects of preparing, staging, advertising and showing our property. Their service does not end with a sales contract. They are with you through closing. We are not there yet, but I expect they will be there for us after closing if the need arises.

All the people on Mynor's team did a great job for us. Mynor himself came up with a great handyman referral when we discovered a problem with our dining room floor on the last day before we moved. Grace, LaToya, and Ila were all terrific. Mynor allayed our anxieties during the many weeks when our apartment was under contract.

I can affirm that Mynor and Herrera and his team (leslie, Andrea, and grace) work hard for both buyers and sellers (I went to them for both). They understand price points and concerns at all levels and put them selves in your shoes. Additionally - they really are the community realtors (they really personally know the individuals and neighborhood well!). Highly recommended!
