As you can imagine, there were a lot of spam calls and recommendations thrown at us when we started the process of buying a home. Searching for the best interest rate was key along with great customer service. Kevin, was a complete stranger to us when we started the journey; however, we instantly grew to trust him with our home buying process very quickly. He was responsive, transparent, knowledgeable and had our best interest at heart. I give Kevin my highest recommendation.

Kevin Raimond is an absolute gem in the brush. He was the only one to help me get approved for the amount I ask for and helped me work through all the paperwork with ease. He explained every step we had to take during the home owning process and was available at all hours to answer any of my concerns, which is very scary for a first time home buyer. He was completely understanding of my schedule being that I am active duty military and worked around me with a wonderful amount of flexibility. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone I come across simply for the reason of making this process so smooth. He is extremely personable and relatable, even getting excited with me when we would completely a step or milestone during this process. He was also reassuring whenever I had doubt or worry about any bumps in the road during this experience. Also having great recommends for insurances and a to-do list for when I start to move in. 5 stars isn't enough for this man and the world needs more people like him to make life just that much sweeter. Kevin Raimond, is very very good at his job and don’t let anyone tell you different. The homebuying process can be really stressful, but working with Kevin I felt always informed and a clear understanding of where exactly in the process we were and what would be expected from me and all the other parties. From in-take call to closing was 17 days and I don’t feel like we missed a beat. I appreciate his deep industry knowledge which help set context for our conversations as there are many cooks in the kitchen when buying a house. I also appreciate that after closing Kevin went the extra mile again to address new questions that I had. Thanks again Kevin!
