Lionel and his team are superb! They always provide prompt, professional service, and never overcharge. They always provide clear explanations prior to service and have always returned my vehicle within 24 - 48 hours. I can't recommend them enough. They've worked on two cars of ours in the past year.

Have 1972 Super Beetle, needed work on brake hydraulic system. I provided all the parts and Lionel and team provided the talent. Great work at a reasonable price getting that 51 year old car back in shape.

Following Paul's response: Thanks Paul I appreciate your response. Unfortunately if a manager of the shop acts inappropriately it is often indicative of poor leadership and ultimately all employees and clientele suffer the consequences. I will not consider offering my business to yours and wish you a change in leadership for the betterment of the organization.

I found my go to mechanic has moved to Bethesda. I was driving to Arlington for service and maintenance on my vehicles. He brings with him the A+ customer care that you look for. We rely on our cars to take us places and you can get there with the right care! One of my have vehicles is over 10 years old and I do not trust anyone else in the area to work on it because I rely 100% on Ricardo expertise and quality to give me a reliable car year after year. The service, quality, and fair prices makes this the best place in the area.

Ricardo has been servicing 3 of my cars at Metro Motor Arlington for the past couple years and has always exceeded my expectations. His service is unmatched, and always does a fantastic job. I recently went in for an oil change and learned that he went to the River Road location in Bethesda. It's a little more of a drive for me but for that kind of service it's well worth the drive.
