Terrible providers and terrible service. Couldn’t tell you why I’ve paid $30.00 numerous times to see anyone here and not get treated properly, but complete waste of money. It’s a complete rip off. I had an issue where I was prescribed an antibiotic without it being sent out for a culture, it didn’t work completely, came back and she offered to prescribe me another antibiotic while taking another sample to be sent out for a culture in the mean time or wait until those results came back. I declined the other antibiotic, and now since my results came back and they said it’s not enough to be treated, they won’t give me the other antibiotic they offered in the first place. I will never come back here again - I’d rather wait 2 weeks to get into my PCPs office than come to this garbage hole again. You all are AWFUL

Terrible experience. My appointment was cancelled without explanation and when I questioned the provider about the cancellation he was rude and condescending. Highly recommend going somewhere else for care. This MinuteClinic location was a waste of time and very disappointing

What a terrible experience. They canceled my appointment after I showed up without explanation. I checked in online as instructed, arrived on time, confirmed via the link in their text that I had arrived, and sat in this waiting area. I waited for 15 mins and no one ever came out. I spoke to the person at the vaccination station run by the pharmacy, they took me to a screen in the waiting area I had just been in, and it said my appointment was canceled. When I tried to make a new one it said the next available appointment was more than an hour later. But there was no one else in the waiting area and, apparently, no one at the minute clinic (at least no one who bothered to check the waiting area).

There was only one MinuteClinic Staff Member on Monday, April 24th, and she was rude and unprofessional. We were seen two hours after our appointment, and instead of being friendly, she acted like she did not want to do her job. I came here whenever I needed to be seen last minute, but I will never return here again.

Very happy with the care, concern, and service this location offered me. I was sick as a dog, they did a great job helping me start on the road to recovery.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!Long waits. People there are not well capacitated enough. They are always in the phone making questions to a “manager”. I came in with an infection and I was waiting for test results that never came in, I called and requested the results and I did not receive any call back for more than a week for something that should not take more than 1-2 days. When I finally went to the clinic the results were already there and the physician assistant responsible for that (James Clark) never called to notify me. Very irresponsible and lack of professionalism! The clinic is just such a complete mess in terms of schedule, organization and effective communication with the patient.

My appointment for a Covid Vaccine was for 3:50pm, at 5:00pm I still was not seen. The staff member could only see 2 people an hour--but they scheduled 6 people per hour. I finally left without a vaccine. This was the second time I have had problem. The first was for a Covid Test that was scheduled for 12 noon but wasn't taken till 2pm. The person said they had to got to lunch, which is great, but don't schedule anyone if that is the case. Horrible system, and no a waste of time. NEVER GOING BACK

Long wait time and I wasn’t properly diagnosed. I saw another provider who gave me the correct diagnosis and treatment. The front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating which is why I’m willing to give this place 3 stars.

Better off going to literally any other MinuteClinic/Clinic in the area. Not only was the PA, James Clark, incredibly rude and condescending. He questioned the advice and diagnosis of my longtime primary care physician and told me that, since my condition wasn't improving, I was either "making up" or "exaggerating" my symptoms, or not following my treatment regimen correctly, both of which are false.45 Minutes of being lectured instead of actually doing anything about the situation I came in for.

Terrible experience to get a Covid booster. There is no one to check you in except a kiosk and the providers do not engage with anyone sitting in the waiting area. I had to interrupt them as they called out someones name whose appointment was scheduled 20 minutes later than mine. The place is dirty and once inside the patient room, it was a disorganized mess. Took 20 minutes to get the actual shot once inside the room and my total time was 60 minutes even though I had an appointment. Its Chaos, very poor customer service and not clean. Go somewhere else.

They don’t take appointments over the phone or in person, so I made an appointment at the kiosk and it messed up my name so they refused to help me

Unimpressed. My husband was recently here and the NP, Melissa, badmouthed other patients and then copped an attitude regarding certain health decisions. I know this is just a MinuteClinic and there's no real personalized care but it costs nothing to be professional to people who are already feeling poorly by the time they come to you.
