Honest and knowledgeable. I experienced masterful skilled workmanship to the likes of European master artisans. Work is done in the shop, while you wait. Repair work is not outsourced like it is in most metropolitan jewelry stores. Your jewelry is safe and stays in the shop. Experts. I, family and friends are repeat customers, and their work is always 100% top notch perfection. I have complete faith and respect for this jeweler. You will too!

Cute little shop with a very kind, courteous, HONEST and reasonable jeweler! I came here to get a ring appraised. The owner of the store examined the ring and appraised it for free. (that was very kind of him considering other places will charge you $45 to $100 to appraise it, and they will also ask you to leave your jewelry at the store.) To be clear, I was just asking for a verbal estimate, and not looking to get the appraisal done for insurance purposes. I think estimates done for insurance purposes require a more in-depth write up and perhaps that is why other stores require you to leave your jewelry overnight. I felt the estimate I received was on point and much more accurate when compared to the secondhand jeweler in Rockville, who tried to lowball me.

I needed a chain clasp replace they stole my chain! Police report filed. Do not go to this place they are thieves and liars. Even lies to the police and the man working threatened my wife with physical violence

I walked in to ask about getting my engagement ring band fixed, it had snapped in the back after 25 years of constant wear... it was fixed in 30 minutes!! I did remember to ask in advance what the cost would be, he quoted me $70 and it now looks as good as it did when I first put it on. Very happy with the service!!

For many years this is my jeweler of choice. Reasonable prices for new jewelry. Very reasonable prices for custom (or semi-custom) jewelry. Has vast catalogue for ordering unique trinkets such as charms.WONDERFUL for repairs or restoration.

I took my necklace to get a new clasp. I used to come to this shop a few years ago when it was owned by someone else. Previously this shop could be relied upon to fix and/or sell items at REASONABLE prices. BUT NOT ANYMORE. My fault because I didn't ask the price. He said it could be fixed while I waited. HE CHARGED me $169.00!!!!! I have since found out that this is usually a $30 to $60 job!!! Of course I paid him. Will never go again. Utter ripoff. Beware.

This guy is knowledgeable, and has good pricing. He is creative and treats his work as a true artist. The store is named after his daughter - talk about a mom and pop shop! A friendly guy with interesting stock and expert jewelry repair skills!

Fixed my necklace while engaged in great conversation. There are some really beautiful yet different jewelry pieces there. The cost of repair was not expensive and well worth the short trip. Greatest thing, there is plenty on parking available!
