Do something about this cold water showers!!! If you cannot fix the cold/hot water problem for more than a year, go! This place is going to start falling apart soon...We need a better management and maintenance, urgently!!!

Good apartment, but the lease office is terrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I have lived here for two years, I felt good until several days ago. My car was hit and damaged severely in the apartment parking lot but nobody left any messages for me. Fortunately, our apartment has a camera. I want to check the records and apply to the lease office, they don’t care it at all. I have been begging for several times, they just say that they can’t find anyone hit my car. My car was smashed by a star? ? I can’t drive my car for one week. I really disappointed with the management of the middlebrooke apartment.

The walls are thin. The entire living room is hardwood floor and you can hear every single footsteps, chairs moving across floor and a lot of airborne noise. There is a fire station right across the street. Even though upon signing the leasing agreement, you are required to cover 80% of the floor with the carpet which will reduce those noises significantly, the manager turned their blind eyes and refused to address those issues and asked the tenant to stop complaining about the noise. Only 2 weeks into living in this apartment, the appliances stopped working multiple times. And one evening I came back with this (see photo). The kitchen sink overflown, apparently due to pipe blockage somewhere in the building. The entire apartment stinks. I haven't even used the garbage disposal in the last 5 days. I am very disappointed about the quality and cleanness of this building.Update: The kitchen sink is fixed. The smell was from the kitchen sink.

Did not know they turn of the AC in April. Today the inside temperature is 85 and their suggestion is to open the window, turn on the fan. Really bad experience here.

Nikki is always a please to work with. I’m always in the office for one reason or another and she’s always so helpful.

For the past several months we have been smelling cigarette smoke in our apartment unit at all hours of the day. Cigarette smoke from other units is circulating in our apartment through the AC/heating units and wallspace. The issue is when other residents smoke indoors the smell of smoke is so strong it's as if someone is smoking in your apartment. We've reported the issue to management, only to be dismissed and told that smoking indoors is allowed at Middlebrooke. It appears another resident even went as far as to print signs asking residents to please smoke on their balconies and not indoors and the signs were immediately removed. Management is extremely quick to respond to negative reviews online but ineffective at actually doing anything to resolve issues affecting the health of residents and their families.

We moved in a month ago and are still dealing with problems in our unit that should have been addressed prior to moving in. We do not use our Primary bedroom or bathroom due to a persistent and foul odor.Attached are pictures to help illustrate the continued issues we are facing. We are still being challenged with trying to get a response or commiment from management to address our concerns.Primary areas of concern,1. Bathroom tub faucet - detached from wall and corroded2. Heating/Cooling Convector - filled with dust and build up3. Exhaust vents - filled with dust and build up4. General cleanliness when moving in - we had to perform a deep clean upon move inIt does not seem like anything beyond superficial patch jobs and surface level cleaning will be offered to remediate the issues of our unit. I would not presume that Aldon Management cares about tenant satisfaction as long as rent is still being paid.

Other than that, the location is good but you are really paying for the location, that's it.Update: The kitchen sink is fixed. The smell was from the kitchen sink

Edit: They finally engaged a contractor and took care of the issues.
