Updating my review from long ago... These people are great! Professional, courteous, enthusiastic. I have been using them since Costco put in self service inflators and am a very satisfied NTB customer here.
Thanks Jeremy, for topping up my low aspect tires in response to the annual winter TPM light - which always happens when lower temperatures begin. Boyle's law strikes again.

Jeremy Binett is outstanding. He solves problems, made sure everything was done correctly on my car. And he was doing everything there! No one else was answering phones! You are lucky to have him. My experience would have been a disaster without his help.

I have three complaints with this business. First, I made an appointment over the phone for an 11:00 appointment and was quoted a service price with tax for 399.00. Twenty minutes later they called to see if I could come later because they were busy. I told them I could and offered to cancel for another day. The rep backtracked and told me to come at 11:00 and that it would take 2.5 hours. When I arrive for the appointment the price was changed to 467.00 because the “package had additional cost” that were not covered over the phone. I stayed because I was already there. At the 2.5 hr mark my car was finally put on the lift for service. I ended up staying there for Four hours. The person in charge had no problem with that. It was nothing for him to have told me that it would take 2.5 hrs when he must have known very well that it was going to be at least 3 hrs. Since he’s a manager he must have known that it was going to be 4 hours. It should not be a problem to give a customer a straight honest answer or time estimate and to honor the original quote but that was not the case with this business.
