Mr. Mendoza is very arrogant, not respectful and selfish. He don’t give sufficient information. Through time I learned that private agents/companies in this country are pushy and selfish. They even intentionally hide relevant information. They don't care about customer satisfaction.

Alex is obviously a master of his craft, but he has a perfectly balanced personality that is kind, generous, meticulous, and definitely sees the big picture while keeping in mind all the details. Mr. Alejandro Mendoza did my taxes this year for the first time. I am very happy with the outcome. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. To be fair, I have to say that his secretary needs a bit more training – while interacting with her, I started considering some other company to do my taxes. The only reason I did not switch is the number of good reviews that Mr. Mendoza has online. It turned out to be the right decision. My personal taxes were quite complicated this year, and I also needed business ones done as well. Alejandro completed all the forms quickly and at a reasonable price. I am definitely a happy customer. Will be back next year and will highly recommend this company to all my friends.

They are very professional yet also friendly and approachable. Everyone in the office is very helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Alejandro Mendoza and his Associates are very professional and always prepared to assist with tax problems not only during tax season but all year round. In 2012 we had serious issues with the IRS due to careless mistakes from an unprofessional individual who prepared our 2009 taxes incorrectly. His mistake could have been avoided if he have had the proper knowledge and professionalism that Mendoza & Company has.
