“I had a wonderful experience today, and the staff was so kind and friendly, even though they were five minutes late due to a really bad accident on the beltway. They were calm and kind, and they had me in and out in 5 minutes!!! Their lateness was out of their control and yet they were very apologetic.”
“I was previously unaware and pleased to learn that they had this location, as it's close to me and very convenient (plenty of parking, and I could do some grocery shopping when my appointment was finished).
What I didn't expect was that they would be able to take me immediately even though I was about 20 minutes early for my appointment, and that they would be so delightful to deal with. I actually left this appointment thinking "Huh, who knew getting blood drawn could be such an enjoyable experience?". The staff clearly like their job and are pros at it. Highly recommend!

“Walked in without appointment at 7:35 am on a Thursday. About 5 other people in the waiting room. My Dr. already sent the order in ahead of time. I was seen and out the door at 7:50 am. Very organized person helped me. Clear instructions. Calm and kind. Quickly found my vein.”
