“Usually, I can have my blood drawn quickly. I have only one concern that every time I check in using the check-in device in the waiting area, I have to reenter my current address where I have lived for the past 5 years. The system keeps showing my old address, although I asked the staff to make sure they update my address, and they confirmed they have my current address. My web account also has the current address, but that little check-in machine persists in showing my old address, and that delys ny check in every time I visit labcorp.”

Christina and Mariana made this as close to a pleasant experience as such a protracted set of procedures could be. Did I mention that I don't like needles?
