My wife and I had a great experience at mattress firm in Bethesda today!
Our salesman Darius was very welcoming professional and helpful.
He was very knowledgeable and informative regarding the beds that he showed us!
Really appreciated how he answered all of our questions and concerns in a clear and articulate manner!
Recently I did extensive research online on two beds. We planned on choosing one of them.
We never thought of a hybrid bed. However thanks to Darius patiently explaining to us the benefits he helped us find the perfect bed on sale which included the box spring at a great price!
We also appreciated Dennis patience and professionalism yesterday who I spoke with on the phone, answering my questions regarding the 2 beds I originally had in mind.
And making sure my $100 online discount was applied in the store today.
We highly recommend Mattress Firm in Bethesda to anyone looking for exceptional service at a great price!
