Was there recently looking for some ear warmers and asked this gentleman if they had any and he didn’t know so he asked another co worker and was stunned how she practically yelled at him. Very shocked. Im extremely un pleased with how they treat employees

The worst lululemon I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had negative experience with lululemon until I visited this store. We recently moved to MD from TX. The clerk was extremely rude and told us straight up that she’s from NY and doesn’t like people from Texas... She said it out loud at checkout where other staff and customers were around. We were so embarrassed… Other staff was very kind and helpful though.

Prefer this location to Bethesda Row. Educators are very helpful and tentative to your needs.

Since I've become basically a Lululemon Spokesperson (disclaimer: that's a joke and I have no affiliation with the company), I've visited many of the stores in my area. First off... I had no idea there were so many of them. One on Bethesda Row, One in Downtown Crown, and this one in Montgomery Mall. This one in Montgomery Mall is pretty big. And the selection was pretty solid. I stopped in because I am on the hunt for shorts for the summer. Since it is hot as Hades in DC already, they had their shorts and t shirts front and center as soon as you entered the store. And there I encountered a pair of blush/light oxblood colored shorts in front of me and my friend convinced me to try a pair on. Normally... I definitely wouldn't lean towards this color... but I tried them on, and guess what: Lululemon strikes again. I gave this experience 5 stars because of the customer service I received throughout my visit. Emily at the dressing rooms was as nice as can be. And the cashier was as friendly and kind as Mr. Rogers. I even found a shirt on the sales rack that was also something that I probably typically wouldn't buy... but tried it on and really liked the way it fit. As the youngins say on TikTok nowadays... "You totally gotta check out my fit. Actually, they don't say that at all. They say it in a much cooler way like, "this is my fit for today" or ... "this fit... all the vibes." Overall a great experience, and I'll likely stop in when I'm in the mall again.

I visited this store to get some extra tops suitable for the summer. I specifically wanted items that uses pima cotton and nothing really tight fitting or fabric with mostly synthetic materials. Unfortunately, this particular store location only carried mostly running and cross training stuff. There were some All Yours Tees but none in colors I'd wear and not much selections of Back in Action line of shirts. The Educators at the location kept making recommendations for items I had zero interests in. No, I don't want "scandalous tank tops" and no I didn't want any hoodies for men or purple shirts for running. No, I'm not a tank top person. No, the leggings I want is unavailable in the store. I already checked but hey, knock yourself out with extra go-backs and time wasted looking for them. Not my fault for not listening. All in all, I left feeling like I ended up buying things I'm not quite happy with. I did really like the new Everywhere Belt Bag I got but the rest of the items were meh. I will most likely just go to the Gaithersburg or VB location the next time around. The rating is really a 2.5 but I don't particularly feel generous to round up.

Wow. I’m in shock at the experience I had at this location.. I am an avid lululemon shopper and have never been treated so horribly. Today I went in to return a shirt I was gifted (I already had it) however I had no receipt. A very nice gentleman who seemed new was helping me out, but I’m assuming the manager is who came over to help him. If I had more time I would’ve exchanged for something else, so I figured a giftcard wouldn’t be a big deal since Im always shopping there. Well had I known he’d treat me poorly I would’ve either gone to a different location or kept the shirt. The manager was so short and rude to me and treated me like I had no idea how their policy worked on marked down items (item wasn’t marked down it was a newer style and color and hanging on the wall at their store). He could’ve easily told me no and it would’ve been fine if it was a hassle. I tried making light of the situation and joke around , but he wanted nothing of it. When I thanked him at the end (despite his off putting demeanor) he completely ignored me and started ringing up the next customer. The only reason I believe this is the manager is due to him rudely dismissing the newer employee to “go float”. I’m so disappointed, I’ve been a long time customer. But I’m going to stick to online or paying for parking at the Bethesda row location.

Do not gift LululemonI went to exchange a shirt I was gifted for a different size of the same shirt in the same color. It was a $48 dollar shirt that my friend purchased for $36. I was told that I could not exchange the $48 shirt for THE SAME $48 shirt, but rather had to pay $12 in order to get the same shirt in a different size. Because of this policy, I lost out on my Christmas gift. Spare your friends the embarrassment and shop for them elsewhere. Happy New Year!
