My husband came home disturbed on 12/18 Monday evening. He said if I didn't love the products he would have left the store. He walked in and all 3 associates were talking and no one offered to assist. He made his purchases and then no one offered to put the items in a box . Now I know why Brick and Mortar are doing so poorly. I will be going to Georgetown and deal with the parking .

Went in to get a gift but had no clue what it was from other than a picture. I was helped tremendously by a very friendly Laura who got me what I needed then wrapped it nicely in a gift bag. After realizing there was more to the gift, I walked back into the store and she helped me again. She explained the differences between the two I was unknowledgeable about, and went above and beyond to help me out. On service and friendliness alone, I would return again.

Just went there on a Monday afternoon to pick up gifts for friends. The sales associate was a sweet young lady who helped me package each gift box prettily in its own individual paper bag. She even scented each paper bag with lavender spray. What great customer service. I will definitely be back to pick up more gifts before the year end.

One of my favorite stores. The line of almond oils and creams are fantastic. Discreet and fresh aroma. Very moisturizing. The Karite and Shea butter deodorant is also very effective and does not cause allergies. It does not contain aluminum so it is very helpful for those who cannot use common deodorants because they cause allergic reactions. This Occitane deodorant is very well tolerated. It has a unisex fragrance.

The products are really amazing for your skin and also smell really nice!. I have dry skin and loved the verbena lotion. I also enjoy the scent of the cherry blossom collection scent - nicely floral and sweet but not overpowering. The only complaint is that the products are really very expensive for small amounts of product, but you are paying for the quality and reliability. When I purchased in store in the past, they bagged my purchase in a very cute gift bag with tissue paper that was sprayed with an incredible smelling perfume! In the Montgomery Mall location, the store is quite small, so during the COVID-19 pandemic, they are only allowing 4 or 5 people in the store at once, which includes the 2 employees that are there at a time.
