Mohammad Khan from LBJ was awesome! One of the best customer experience ever. For jewelry, watches or Rolexes, I highly recommend getting in touch with Mohammad. He led me seamlessly through the process, was knowledgeable about the product, realistic about price and delivery, treated me with respect and at no point did I ever felt pressured by him into rushing or making a bad decision. It was truly a customer service oriented experience, and LBJ is lucky to have him. I was so impressed that after buying my first piece with Mohammad, I entrust him with another expensive order. I highly recommend this place, especially Mohammad who is very professional and friendly. I had a great experience of purchasing a watch. Mohammad was willing to listen to my concerns and what I needed. He made me feel comfortable even though I asked many questions. He shared great watch care tips with me. I had a great experience going to the store. I had a problem with my watch, and Stephen was able to fix it and also cleaned it as an added bonus. Service was excellent and the workers are all very friendly people with lots of knowledge on different watches.

I stopped in unexpectedly and asked if anyone could assist in removing a link or two from a watch of mine. Without hesitation, Mohammed Khan, the manager assisted in sizing my watch properly. He did an outstanding job and even gave me terrific tips on how to keep my watch from being damaged. Thanks to him I probably won’t incur too many costly repairs. Professional, Courteous and fast. I highly recommend Mohammed and Liljenquist & Beckstead in Montgomery Mall/Westfield Montgomery!

This store just opened a Rolex boutique to show off watches that aren't for sale. Dont waste your time coming here unless you want to be told there's no Rolex's for sale. This has been the case for over 4 years.
