Rosanna was the sales person with whom we interacted at LensCrafters. She is unique in her salesmanship!
After my cataract operations my eye power had changed and I needed new glasses. I and my husband went to three other optical shops beside LensCrafters. In all the other shops the sales people were courteous and gave us time to look at the glasses. But at LensCrafters Rosanna was something more. She helped me and my husband to look at the different glasses, explaining details about them, making me wear them over and over to see which would look well with the shape of my face and skin tone. I had never had such attention and care in all the fifty years l have been wearing glasses and buying them. Because we were elderly, she talked to our health care providers over the phone, on our behalf. Her extraordinary interest in her customers and her professional salesmanship went way beyond
the courtesy and interest we had seen anywhere else, anytime.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location in Arlington Bethesda on October 11 2024. During my visit, I interacted with Assistant Manager Christina, who was quite rude throughout the transaction. Upon approaching the counter, she did not greet me, and when I explained the issue with my online order, her immediate response was dismissive, saying, “We ain’t got nothing to do with that.” When I clarified that I was just providing context for my visit, she continued to speak to me in an unprofessional tone and treated my inquiries about different frames dismissively.
I also noticed that another staff member seemed to find the situation amusing, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. When I requested home delivery for my glasses due to the distance I live from the store, Christina pointed out there was a charge, which I had no issue with. My primary concern is ensuring that I receive my glasses without any further issues.
This experience was disheartening as I have never had problems with LensCrafters before, but I am now considering switching to another provider. I trust that you will address this matter appropriately to ensure better customer service in the future.

This place is not a value play but really has exceptional service. I felt like the associates really cared about my eyewear selection as a first timer and Rosanna was so patient as I made my selection as well as made recommendations. They spent time with me and made me feel at ease. When my glasses came in Paul made sure I was comfortable and even walked with me outside to make sure I felt ok walking to my car as I adjusted. The best!

I was visiting Bethesda and lost a nose piece on my glasses and walked in looking for help and Paul came to the rescue. He was knowledgeable and attentive and in no time I was out of the store with fixed glasses. The folks in Bethesda are fortunate to have a quality store like this.

I had an appointment on the August 19 and received numerous emails about my upcoming appointment. When I arrived at LensCrafters the eye doctor was closed when I had an appointment at 6:30. This is very unprofessional for an eye doctor to schedule my appointment then not be there on the day of my appointment. This is very disappointing the appointments were for my kids to go back to school. No one called to tell me that they were closed or the doctor had to leave early. I would not recommend the eye doctor. This is not towards LensCrafters just the eye doctor office inside. Very unprofessional.

Each time I make a purchase, the staff person bends over backwards and spits nickels to provide an affordable price. In this instance it was Paul who exerted extended effort. In general, staff are professional, knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. Yesterday while waiting in the adjoining office for my eye appointment, I overheard the staff person from whom I bought my glasses last year speaking on the phone at length with a challenging customer. (I could tell the person was challenging because the staff person had to keep repeating herself.) The staff person did not become flustered, frustrated, impatient, or otherwise annoyed; she calmly, pleasantly, and professionally repeated (in different ways to help the customer understand) the same information.
