Very bad return policy! I got lots of Kohler parts that I cannot use. The return policy is 30 days unused. I don't know anyone who can remodel their bathroom in 30 days especially when some of the parts ship late from GROF/Kohler. I was unable to return unused, still in the box products after 30 days.

This morning I called and talked to Teresa. She had such a great attitude over the Phone that it made my day. She was so helpful in finding out if y'all had a faucet that had been phased out by Kohler.

Not open on Sunday despite website and sign on the door. Paid for Bethesda parking, only to find the store was closed.
