Ok at best for a rental. Guys didn’t really help me with fitting or make sure stuff fit me right. Kind of disappointing. Not surprised though from their attitude.

As you can see in the other reviews. This particular store is rather unpleasant and unsavory. I’ve come here plenty of times because it is the closest to my home, bur after yesterday’s experience i think it will be my last. To be very specific, the salesman that is middle aged, fairly tall, has dark hair, and wears glasses is the problem. Anyone entering this store, stay away from him. I have had so many poor experiences with this man that I finally have to write a review. This man talks to every single customer like they are the biggest bother in the world. The amount of eye rolling coupled with audible huffing and puffing that this man does is absolutely appalling. The only logical assumption i can come to about how that man has maintained his job after all these months/years is that this store must be truly desperate for employees. I feel bad because the manager at this store is actually quite nice. Thumbs up to him, but I cannot understand how he continues to let this disrespectful employee to continue to tarnish his store.

Friendly staff, sufficient variety and designs available. Parking is an issue around this location but that's a problem for all businesses in this area.

Horrible customer service. Walked in looking for a suit that was advertised online. I was barely greeted when I walked in and it seemed as though I was bothering the two sloppily dressed young salesmen on their phones. I was told they do not sell the suit advertised at first then when I showed them the JOsABank website they said that that I should order it online without even asking me if I wanted to try on a jacket in store for fit etc. Extremely rude sales people. Do not shop here.

Went in to buy a shirt. Person was extremely condescending (if I don't instantly know my measurements off the top of my head I clearly don't know them at all, apparently).
Wanted to try on a shirt. Apparently that's not allowed. They told me I had to try on a "similar" shirt...that wasn't the same color, style, or fabric.
The sole benefits of in person shopping to my mind are trying on the product and better customer service. This place fails on both ends.

This was an extremely bad experience. The costumer service is worse than I have ever experienced. We had to get fitted as part of the wedding party. Although we came in 2 months before the wedding, we had to come back 4 times to finally get what we ordered (the fourth time was on the day of the wedding). There was one extremely rude man who had a very annoying attitude and was rude to every costumer. He failed to order a slim fit suit and lied to our face that it is a slim fit when it arrived. Fortunately when we came back the third time another person helped us out who looked at us confused when tried on the REGUAL JACKET OF THE SUIT, and asked why didn’t we ask for a slim fit. She reordered the jacket for us in the right size that arrived ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING.We asked to get everything ready at least a week before the wedding to make sure the right sizes were delivered, The rude man told us preposterously told us that we shouldn’t assume that he will do a bad job ordering the right size. Well he did! He was arguing and acted entitled the whole time we were there. We will never come back

Great service from John on a very bus Saturday at the beginning of prom and wedding season. Really good price on white dinner jacket, tux shirt and pants. Costs a little less to rent cheap ugly formal wear.

Absolutely horrendous experience. The store manager does not understand the basic fundamentals of customer service. I would not recommend this store at all. Jos A. Bank is pretty good but this location is terrible. I wasn't able to return a couple items that I purchased less than 2 weeks ago. I was hoping to purchase substantial upgrades to my wardrobe here (a suit, ties, belts, etc..) but definitely going to a competitor with better customer service instead. To reiterate: the store manager has poor communication skills as well as zero emotional intelligence; steer clear!

Store manager (?) was extremely rude, unhelpful, and condescending. I walk in and say that "I need to get fitted for a wedding party, here is the party information" as they had registered it with jos a banks. He looks up the information and goes to get the correct attire, asking what size I am. I say, "I don't know, its been a while so that's why I'm interested in getting fitted here". He says while rolling his eyes "who buys your clothes? Your wife? You should really know your size, its important" SIR, I AM HERE TO GET FITTED BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW MY MEASUREMENTS. I kept my composure after this insulting exchange. The entire time, as new customers walk in, he is shouting at them that "the tailor is on vacation" and that they should take their business somewhere else. He finally took some loose measurements and returned with the pants and shirt I needed. He then proceeds to walk me straight to the register to pay, without getting my pants length measurements. I tell him that I need to get them tailored here and that the wedding isn't for a few more months and I can wait for the tailor. Note that this was consistent with my original ask when I walked in: to get everything done for the wedding party all in one place. It took some persistence and convincing but he finally reluctantly let me go try the pants on and marked them for my length. Still would not let me try the shirt on. Got home and what do you know--shirt was extremely baggy and loose. Now I am running back and forth to another location to try to get the correct size shirt. What a joke of an experience. I could have done this man's job better, and I don't even know what I'm doing. I am a very easy-going person, but man did this guy test my patience. I was practically begging him to just do his job the whole time.
