My husband and I had a great experience selling our minivan to Jim Coleman Toyota. In particular, Jonathan Wear from Jim Coleman Toyota was our primary contact and made the process transparent, seamless and efficient. When bringing our car into the dealership proved to be a logistical challenge during the work week, Jonathan offered to come to our home to both appraise the vehicle and finalize the transaction. He was very flexible, professional, friendly and informative. I highly recommend Jonathan Wear and would certainly do business with Jim Coleman Toyota again.

I had an excellent experience working with Jonathan Wear at Jim Coleman Toyota. I was looking to sell my car and from the time I listed it for sale, to completion of sale took two days. Then once I arrived to complete paperwork, he had me in and out in 10 minutes and was gratuitous enough to get me an Uber back home. Highly recommend!

Have always been pleased with the service at Coleman Toyota. I always try to have rep, Alim Razi who spends the time to explain and respond to some of my concerns. and promptly calls with an estimate and eventual time to pick up the car. Toyota has generously provided Uber service to and from the service center.

Oswin helped us on the entire 4 months process of getting a lovely new Sienna home. He is very patient answering all our questions and explaining details. We are happy with the final deal negotiated, happy with the whole service, and most importantly happy with the car they delivered.

I got my new car and Luis Cortes and Olivia Jones are amazing! Luis take care of me and he was really patient answering all my questions and explaining everything by details. It was a great service and I totally recommend it. If you coming to this place look forward for Luis!
