I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the lease end process and customer service at Jim Coleman Nissan. My experience has raised serious concerns that I believe potential customers should be aware of, and that the dealership must address immediately.First and foremost, the communication regarding the lease end terms and the consequences of returning a lease early was grossly inadequate. It was a bewildering process, filled with unclear instructions and lack of upfront information. This lack of transparency left me feeling misled and placed in an unfavorable position without proper guidance.Adding insult to injury, during this already stressful process, I was astounded by the disrespect shown by one of the sales representatives. When I expressed my concerns, I was met with the question, "Did you even read your contract?" This was not only unprofessional but also highly disrespectful. It's unreasonable to expect customers to navigate complex legal documents without clear explanations from the professionals providing them.Moreover, after deciding to return my leased vehicle early, I was perplexed by a question from the dealership inquiring if I intended to pick up the car again to continue driving it. This not only demonstrated a lack of understanding of my situation but also highlighted a significant disconnect within their own process.I expected much more from Jim Coleman Nissan, especially in terms of clear communication, respect, and professionalism. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I urge the dealership to reevaluate its approach to customer service and communication. Transparency, respect, and understanding are the bare minimum customers deserve, especially when making significant financial decisions like leasing a vehicle.To Jim Coleman Nissan, I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to improve your practices and treat your customers with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

Associate who signed me in wasnot pleasant at all.After hour and halfo waiting when I asked him when do you expect to be done,he said it hasn't been 2hours yet!After 2 hours dur to weather confition they didn't clean the car.check out was good.

Rian did a great job. I came in because I wanted to get my oil change and tires rotated, however, he pointed out to me that my vehicle had a recall and initiated that work on my behalf. I was kept informed and up-to-date on the status of the repairs, and additionally, given information For follow on repairs and maintenance. I will be returning for further work and I appreciate the team for all their hard work.

Well, I am from out of town and needed an oil change and tire rotation. So, I decided to go to Jim Coleman Nissan in Bethesda, Maryland because of the positive reviews. I showed up for my 10am appointment around 9:40am. It took the dealership 3 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. I was not updated on the status of my car as to why it was taking so long. That is terrible communication. It should not take 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation, especially if I have already set up an appointment. My home and email address were also spelled incorrectly on the paperwork. Also, the customer service wasn’t that great, it seemed as if I or no one else was there. I must say, that I won’t be going back nor recommending this dealership to anyone.

Super slow service and zero updates or communication. I went for recall services and they took like 6hrs and the worst I feel that nothing was performed sisnce I did not received any paperwork the attendand said that he will mail it to me but I still waiting so I am not sure what was done to my car somewhat unprofesional because he gave the key but he was on the phone faking it or talking for real but I realize that all the time they were avoiding communication with me maybe because it is a free service due to manufacturer errors but anyways place is clean neat but customer service is important. Plus our time is valious and they really take their time to fix things.

Car was towed to Jim Coleman Nissan I. Bethesda . When job was finished they drove the car back to where I lived and burred it back . It was very much appreciated ! Job well done !

Excellent. Making an appointment online was easy. Rian Bejo was professional and knowledgeable. I needed brakes, new fog light, filters and hoses - so quite a lot of work. I appreciated the loaner car and my car runs like new. THANKS!!

I recently got my car serviced. I was having issues with wet carpet. My car wouldn’t start. I was told my battery and alternator were fine. They told me the issues but prior to that when I spoke with one of the service people I asked her although I was paying to get the car checked out would the diagnostic charge go to any repair. She told me it would, so when I go the notification of what was needed. I looked at the bill and some of the repairs could have been taken care of through the diagnostic fee. But when I spoke to her she then retracted her statement and said the repairs would be in addition to the diagnostic fee. I paid 600.00 for them just tell me what was wrong with my car with no repairs. I will never go to this dealership ever again. I kept it really professional because I believe you reap what you sow. Never again

I worked with DJ while planning to buy a new vehicle from them. Such a pleasant experience with lots of attention to customer needs, and very professional when it comes to communications. I ended up buying another vehicle but I'm happy to give them and DJ five stars for making the experience so smooth and assuring.
