I Schedule an oil change with Andrew Dukes, and he noticed a slash in my front passenger side tire and was able to get if fix the same day, it was covered under the tire and wheel package that Stew Mallon offer at time of purchase. Thank you, Jim Coleman Cadillac for outstanding service.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME. I HAD JUST PURCHASED
OUR 2021 "CTS4", STILL LEARNING SOME OF TECHNICAL FUNGTIONS,TWO ISSUES WERETIRE PRESSURE LOSS, AND HOW THE CAR HANDLED, I WAS'NT AWARE THAT CAR WAS IN A 'sport mode, AFTER I ASKED TO EXAMINE THE TIRES,ROTATE THEM,THE SERVICS WAS COMPLETED EARLIER THAN I EXPECTED, VICTORIA INSTUCTED ME ABOUT THE DRIVE MODE, THE TRIP BACK TO MY HOME WAS VERY SMOOTH, LIKE I THOUGHT IT SHOUD PERFORM. THANKS

Worked with Brendan Coleman on a lease deal for the Lyriq. While I’m sure he had a million other things to do, he took the time to ensure the deal worked for my family and even had the car delivered due to my work schedule. Would highly recommend this dealership as their attention to detail and, above all, excellent customer service is unmatched. Would highly recommend anyone considering a Cadillac, or competitor, to give this dealership a chance.

Steven is awesome in the service department is the only person who deserves to be recognized for his excellent service. Loaner dept awful, gut in charge is a joke (he chooses who to answer when he feels like)
techs are awful as well they are not great, my carpet mats were dirty one of my seats was damaged, lots of grease marks inside the car, front bumper was damaged and my right fender has so many scratches. My truck was fixed once then took it back a few weeks later. I can not hold them responsible for the issues with the truck but overall theire service is not great. I regret selling my maserati and traded in for a cadillac. They need to inprove a lot never again I will

I was treated in a professional manner. The work that I had done was completed much quicker than I expected. I had an oil change a radiator flush and a transmission flush and an engine air filter change. Great Job!!!!
