All of my previous interactions with this firm have been online or by telephone; this is the first time I have needed personal assistance, which speaks well for the organization. I was pleased to discover that is an easily found, convenient location with parking validation. “I needed to open up a new & do not access Savings Account, & Lara, my new Relationship Banker gave me the 5 star treatment. Lara, made sure she took the time to introduce & explain the different options that would be beneficial to my long term saving goals & was not busy at all. “I visited the Bethesda Fidelity location in order to make a deposit into a newly opened account, having the check in hand for a UTMA account. The representative was very pleasant and understood quickly; she deposited the check and gave me a receipt. While I was awaiting the receipt, I heard another rep very patiently talking to a customer who wanted to cash out some funds. It was explained to him that Fidelity wasn't a bank with cash on hand, and she gave him a number of ways he could get his money in cash. She did not get impatient but explained very well his options. I was favorably impressed.”
