I've been going to Imperial Auto Body for years, and their service has always been exceptional. Recently, my mom was in an accident, and I didn't hesitate to take her car to Imperial. As always, they exceeded our expectations! The before and after pictures of the repair speak for themselves—the car looks as good as new.

This place is really good. Karl is professional, quick, communicative, and highly competent. Pricing is transparent and they don't try to upsell you. Not going to try any other auto body shops now that I've discovered this one.

The door of my lovely Honda Accord was scratched when i, in a fit of temper, drove it too close to a cement wall. Karl and his team at Imperial made the door look like new…not easy with the particular paint job my car has. I defy anyone to see I’d damaged the car. Beautiful craftsmanship. Karl was a true professional. All communication was clear and the price accurately determined. AND my car was returned to me in pristine condition…cleaned inside and out and sparkling. High recommendations for IMPERIAL.

I was referred to Imperial Auto Body by my mechanic.
Karl, the face of Imperial in Bethesda, was extraordinary. I went to his convenient Bethesda office for an estimate. He added a few details because the car would look better, without adding to my cost. The repairs came in at Karl’s original estimate.
And finally, Karl is helpful, thoughtful, did exactly what he told me he would do, the car was ready when he said it would be and he called with updates each time he said he would.
All this AND the body work on my car looks amazing.

I spent some time doing research before I picked Imperial bc I'd had two negative experiences with auto body shops prior. My car is a 2006 Acura, but with low mileage. So there was no question I wanted to stick with vs. trade-in. Karl got it. Imperial had solid reviews. SO glad I went with them. Karl was awesome. He was realistic re what I could expect and what he could get insurance to pay for. He advocated for me to the insurance company. He totally steers you to the best possible outcome, and your optimal reimbursement. Professional and pleasant from A to Z. Bonus they professionally clean your car as part of the service. My car looks fantastic, and I'd absolutely take it back to Karl and the Imperial team next time.

Imperial Auto Body was great to work with. From getting an estimate to pick up/drop off, the whole process was very easy and straightforward. They were very responsive to my calls and questions and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair work. My car looks great. Plus, I like that Imperial Auto Body has a lifetime guarantee on the body work.

Really disappointed experience with them. Called to ask if they can do a used car inspection. The person on the phone was rude and very short. It’s fine that they don’t do them, but at least be more customer oriented and polite about it.

I had my audi S5 repaired at Imperial Auto. First accident in my life, and I was very nervous to deal with repair shop and my insurance company. But Karl was very honest and informative regarding the repair process, and he answered my questions in a very professional manner. The insurance company tried to use after market parts (of course), but Tigran, who managed the repair went beyond my expectation and got everything approved using OEM parts only. Considering the fact that the total cost of the repair was over $20,000, this is a huge win for me. I paid only my deductible. My S5 came back like a brand new. There was small things that I wanted to be corrected, and they were willing to correct those without any charges. I really appreciate their professionalism and quality of work. IAB did a great job repairing my car after a collision. Each person I spoke with on the phone was polite and resourceful. They guarantee their work much longer than typical auto body shops in our area. Thanks Karl for all your help on pick up day.
