This place is really good. Karl is professional, quick, communicative, and highly competent. Pricing is transparent and they don't try to upsell you. Not going to try any other auto body shops now that I've discovered this one.

Great autobody, they were fast and kept me updated on each step. Really appreciated working with Karl in the Bethesda satellite office, he really made sure everything was taken care of for me. Car looks great!

Great experience with Imperial! The job was done well and completed a week earlier than estimated. Also Karl with the Bethesda office was great to work with. He was flexible on timing, very communicative, and upfront and on the costs. I would highly recommend their services.
