“My favorite place visited during my trip, staff was friendly and kind. The shop was designed well and item’s featured were done great, lots of things to choose from and options available. For the size of the store compared to other large boxy art places back home this shop was definitely better than them and I felt more welcomed and one with art here. “Smelled weird, not like a craft store. Parking validation is nonexistent and have to pay 8 dollars. But it’s convenient since the garage elevator leads you straight into the store. Employees were nice as well. Well stocked.”

“The staff is so knowledgeable and personable. They will happily answer any questions you have or will just talk sports with you. The store has a surprisingly large selection of anything sports related; including memorabilia, cards, games, and clothing. They also have a large section of pokemon cards and collectibles. We have shopped with them for years and I can't recommend them enough.”

“Wonderful store! Bought two marionettes and the owner was kind, friendly, and very helpful. He took the time to show me how to care for the puppets and had some very fascinating stories to tell while I was shopping. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in puppetry.If you want to visit but are concerned about it being closed, the owner was very responsive when we called and asked what the hours were and what time he would be closing.”

Today I should have purchased a gaming system where the store and its staff would've received sales credit, instead I had to replace a controller for the 5th time due to THE SAME manufacturer's defect. “The smell of the wood crafts, the limitless fun I can have with my imagination, and the friendly staff make coming back easier. Michael's has everything I need to be at peace. I make boxes in all shapes while watching television. I get to unwind with a box of sticks and white Elmer's glue and create beautiful imperfections. There is fun for the entire family, and I've gotten supplies for groups I facilitate... help the clients I serve and also bring me joy! Oh, and the prices are AMAZINGLY AFFORDABLE!!!”

“I don't usually update reviews, until they are a year old, but I just couldn't let this story go. I have pined away for the Haunted House by Lemax for a long time. They were out of stock at two other Michael's stores. I had a hard time trying to rationalize the price. This week, they went on sale! I went into this Michael's rationalizing, if they have the haunted house, it is meant to be. And, if they don't, then, I just wasn't supposed to get it! Well, I walked in and they had One Left. So, I did what any good customer would do- I bought it! This is the best stocked Michael's I have ever seen. Even though, it is all self checkout, there was a nice lady there to help. Somehow, a new Fall sign, some cute critters, a Halloween ghost, and my most prized Lemax Haunted House all joined me for the ride home. Thanks Michael's, we are going to be all jazzed up for Fall and Halloween.”
“I frequent this location when it comes to the Michael's in the area. They are well stocked and most organized of the ones I've shopped. Most recent trip, I was looking for beads and jewelry findings that were on sale. They had plenty of variety in store! Signage clearly marked items/brands on sale. There are plenty of staff in the store walking around so it's easy to find someone for assistance. This Michael's location is in the corner of a busy shopping center that has a Bed, Bath and Beyond and Aldi's. Parking is often a bit crazed with drivers that are in a rush. I tend to park further away to avoid the crunch.”
