I bought my 6 yr old his first bike, and while I initially thought I would buy online, I quickly realized I would have to build it, didn't know the right size, etc. I went to Griffin Cycle and they were incredibly helpful, and even held the bike after I purchased it until close to xmas. Perfect experience and reminded me why a local business is better than online for these types of things!

Great store. Honest folks looking to assist you with just about anything bike related including repairs, new bikes and accessories. I've gone there 4 times now and each visit had a great associate and quick turnaround on repairs. I plan on purchasing my son's new bike from Griffin Cycle.

These guys were amazing. I wanted to ask
them if they could help me with the tubeless set up on my gravel wheels, since I didn’t have a compressor. They just asked me if I wanted to use theirs and charged me $0. They could have very easily up-sold me but instead they were fair and friendly. They even checked in on me while I did my first tubeless set up by myself. Very fair bike shop!

Brought a full suspension mountain bike in to replace a broken chain and the replacement link came undone on the very next ride on a downhill course causing us to lose the chain on the mountain and then have to pay $80 to rent a downhill bike instead. Shop was unwilling to refund the charges from the previous service and since I no longer trust the quality of their work, took the bike to a better qualified repair shop (Contes) to fix the problem.
