i do not recall getting pierced here. i went to this place to get two tragus piercings done.i paid $100 for them. $50 each.they pierced both tragus with a gun. anyone who knows about piercings knows that they are certain piercings that require a needle not a gun.on top of that she used a earring with a butterfly back. which doesn’t give you room for healing. i’ve had them for 6 days. the 5 th day was the worst. it was super swollen.the sixth day both of them were so swollen. one of them was turning a red purple color. i had to go to a tattoo parlor for then to look at it.the guy told me if i didn’t go in it would’ve been so much worse and that due to the gun. and it was NOT going to heal properly with said jewelry they put in.he also said above all they pierced my right tragus at an angle. which if it heals properly i would be amazed.i recommend going to a tattoo parlor like tattoo paradise. they messed up my ears. i do not recommend this place for piercings.not to mention they don’t check ID’s to make sure you’re over 18. that’s super unprofessional and get get a law suit against them.

Excellent service provided by Vic Bhatia. He was very helpful and sent pictures of options of the items I was looking to purchase. Store service experience was just as great! Great Team,plenty of choices and beautiful selections. Definitely my go to!

Don’t come to this place, ever.I found this place while I was shopping at game stop, went and asked the lady about price, wait time for changing my batteries, for 5 of my watches. She said between $15 to $20, approximate wait time and gave me a stamp card, after asking the brands of the watches.I came today, with 2 of the watches to see their work quality and I glad I did that.First the guy said my Gucci is $25 which the lady told me was going to be $20 last time I consult her, he said the Burberry would be $15 which makes sense. I was told to would wait for the lady to come back in 5 min to consult the price again so I just stepped away to use check out the lego store.When I came back, she was fixing the watches, including the Gucci which she did not have my approval for fixing because the mixed pricing. They ignored my existence when I tried to talked to her. When she’s done, asked $25 for Gucci, $20 for Burberry, can’t say no, cause they are done. When confronted why she upped the price, she told me the guy made a mistake cause the watch is a Burberry not a Michale Kors.I will not go back there, with my other watches, nor any of my anything. I would suggest you not to too.If you want a business, be honest!!

Awful customer service. Trying to upsell me on buying 2 watch batteries when I only needed one made me not want to spend a single cent on anything. I agree; by all means a business should try to sell and in this case, cost was no issue. Insulting my intelligence left the most distain. The instant they complained about how much work it takes for my particular sports watch (basically saying it was more work then they cared to do) I knew my patronage wasn't welcome and I quickly decided to take my business elsewhere. Anywhere.

The lady told me I could Exchange OR return . However when I came back to do just that , she had an attitude and acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about . Cool . However don't lie and say something is "rose gold" when it's clearly turning . All of the jewelry is fake , even the "real gold" it's all fake . I blame myself for purchasing jewelry, from a stand, in the mall

Do not buy watches from this kiosk I bought a $60 Casio from this shop found out it's actually $12 for the same model and that model comes with an illuminator the watch I got has a light but you have to hold it on. If this continues to sell here I vow to become the bane of his existence.
