This location really is amazing. Ive frequented the Forever 21 in Montgomery Mall for the past 2 years. Every time I visit the store, what stands out is how clean and organized it is. The store is pretty big and has a large selection of clothing and accessory items for all different fashion tastes. I always am able to leave the store with an affordable new full outfit, piece or accessory. The staff at this location are all very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience. Every time I go into the store they are working to make the experience an easygoing one - always organizing and ready to assist me whether it’s with finding a particular item or size. I’ve had the opportunity to meet Joshua, who is amazing and clearly keeps everything running smoothly. This location is definitely the best in the area.

Good place to get cheap clothes. Sizing isn't like other stores so I recommend trying things on before going. Easy to access from one of the parking garages in the mall which makes for a simple in and out trip.

I only went to this shop to get a gift card. At the time, the cashier bay was not opened on the first floor, so we had to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor. Once you are on the second floor, there are no signs to direct you to the checkout area, so I stood and did a complete 360 before discovering where it was. Didn't stand in line as I was next up. The gift cards come in different colors - that is the only thing different about each (just the color). Purchased it and transaction was completed in just a few minutes with the help from another employee. In and out as it should be.Note:You can enter the store on both the upper and lower level.They are located across from the Hallmark store on the side where Sears used to be.

Sooo....this is all the plus size you'll get in this HUGE 2 level store. Nothing more. How do you have 2 floors and no plus size. I'm so disappointed. I shouldn't have to drive an additional hour to find forever 21's plus size clothing. Employee told me I could find more clothes online. So...I cant try on clothes or see them before I purchase. Since forever 21 dislikes plus size women so much, why even sell clothing at this rate? I advise plus size women not even work for or even purchase from them. This was so sad to see. It was beyond disrespectful. Just pull it from the store entirely. How do people who do visuals at this company even think this okay to do? How does inventory operate that they do this?

This place is huge, has 2 floors. Top floor is all ladies, you'll find the lower floor half men and rest ladies again. Very well lit and has a great vibe.

It's Forever 21 - just like all the others. It's large. Good selection. Good sales. Staff are friendly but you generally need to go find someone if you have a question.

Everything was easy to find, the place was clean. There were a lot of people and they weren't practicing social distancing, at all the customers that is!!! The employees were doing what they were supposed to, masks, gloves, staying away from customers when they got to close to them. Very friendly and helping teammates work there, you can tell they do a lot to keep the place nice.
