My wife and I own a small business, and with all the current requirements during Covid2020 it could have been difficult. Rob and his team put us at ease and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Rob stayed with me through a TWO YEAR condo-hunting adventure. He and his team were attentive, empathetic, and provided me with actionable pieces of information, in a way that I could understand, to make a smart financial decision when it came time to buy. Rob is truly the best there is! We have used Rob both times we purchased a home and he has always been fast, reliable, and willing to help in every way possible. My husband and I often joke that we can only move to states where Rob is licensed because there is no one else we trust. I work for myself and applied for a loan coming off a bad year financially and really needed to buy a house on my own. When I couldn't get a loan from other places, Rob worked with me and was able to convince the underwrite to consider previous years' income. Voila! I was approved! What a relief. And 9 years later, I am loving my new house, all made possible thanks to Rob's diligence and working on my behalf!

Did a refi with First Home and Alex was spectacular the entire time. He was very quick to reply to all my emails and was always available at any time of the day. There wasn't a time where I felt that they didn't provide A+ service. I already recommended them to numerous friends in the DMV area who are looking to purchase/refi. I've used national chains and other local lenders as well and First Home was BY FAR the best experience out of all of them.

David is thorough and hands on. You know he is working for you every step of the way. I personally like when someone has my best interest in mind and isn't working for themselves and David works to get you the best deal possible. He truly wants you to be happy and at the same time crosses all his "t's" and dots all his "i's" He is engaged in every facet of the transaction.
